Yep, but if this project was going ahead, they wouldn't have any footage. It would all be taken. The reason they did, is MS were probably more lax, the same way in the past for cancelled games publishers havent seized everything and we get video leaks of games like The Flash.
All I'm saying, is that it's usually a good sign nothing is going to come of this work.
Now that we have seen actual video of the gameplay. That is pretty much confirmation that the title is either cancelled completely by MS or they are starting from scratch again.
Why? Because if they were planning to actually re-use the assets already built here, none of the dev's would have access to the work and be able to make videos, MS would have it under lock and key. Meaning MS didn't really care what they did with the work already done.

Ah I was watching this anime not long ago. Quite cool, each episode they focused on a well known SEGA-made game.
Playing this at the moment, quite the excruciatingly difficult game :) I usually have Death chasing me around whilst I put out fires, not for seconds, but for minutes lol.
Going around, losing Death, going back in the room so it gives me a bit of leeway before he catches up with me. The designers definitely made some puzzling game decisions in this one.
