I watched 5 seconds and heard that beautiful soundtrack, then I reluctantly stopped watching. Really want to go in fresh for this one.
I'm really hoping Control appears on it. I just know that as soon as I purchase Control it will come to Game Pass, lol.
I gotta say Sony are doing very well with the PS+ offerings. Shadow of the Colossus is a very special game. The remaster is beautiful and the gameplay really holds up.
Same.
Can't wait.
I would say that you're weird for holding that position.
Ahh he's the one.
Farewell.
"Sony can never afford to take their customers for granted."
Of course not. I'm merely saying the name/brand is powerful - very powerful. PlayStation is more of a given where Xbox is more of a consideration.
When I said they didn't have to try I didn't mean they literally don't have to put forth effort - just their name carries them far, which it does. It's long established and represents quality.
They honestly don't need to do anything, though I wish they would. Their name carries them alone. They don't even need to market. Sony could quietly put a screen on their PlayStation website giving the release date, and do nothing else, and it would still outsell the hell out of the competition, even with such bare marketing.
They don't even have to try.
One of my favorite games of the generation. Profoundly sad and so well designed, I think it may be my indie of the gen.
This one's on my radar now.
"My "resentment" towards Xbox has always stemmed from the lack of first party games."
That's really 'it' isn't it? That's the biggest issue and any objective observer would tell you that Xbox has been seriously lax on first party output this generation. It's just the truth.
Xbox's first party output for the future remains to be seen, but I'm not worried. I understand concerns and appreciate those types o...
I can't believe people are disagreeing with Razzer's hand size/preference comment.
Personally, I think the DS4 is a fine controller, but I know the Xbox One controller suits my hands better. Feels more ergonomic to me in general.
Looks like they took an already scary Nemesis and turned him into an ever more frightening and formidable foe. Looking forward to it.
How did we get from my "It's certainly not a disaster but we could use some news" to his
"I’ll take the award winning games that are coming over fluff any day of the week.
This “pretend” concern over a company that did not just skip an entire gen is beyond laughable.
1. Sony is consistent.
2. Sony innovates game engines.
3. Sony produces award winning games.
What “concerns” would a...
You're all reading too far into what I've said.
I said I'd like news, but I also said that no news would be fine. I also said that Sony's current approach isn't disastrous. I'd simply like some news. That's it. Whether I get it now or later has no bearing on the purchase aspect.
The only difference is that I would know the facts sooner, and the sooner the better for me.
For Pete's sake.
See, I disagree with this.
I'd like more news immediately, but I don't at all think that Sony looks weak merely because they're remaining silent.
@Razzer
I suppose what's subtlety to you is silence to me. I've said it before and I'll say it again - I think what Sony are doing (or not doing) is fine, but I think a little more drip would only excite people at this point.
I understand others feel differently and they may even prefer not knowing much until a month or two before launch. Me? I'd rather get a little drip right now.
The people who are feigning concern and...
You didn't ask that question and are just asking it now. Not sure why you're pretending that I dodged a question. Also, talk about shilling...
Now, what would news do for me? Why it would make me happy of course. I'd like any news, but I'd be happy with just console and controller aesthetics.
I actually think things get better at mid-gen. The hardware is more fully understood by developers and thus better harnessed leading to some impressive results with software.
So, while the hardware is aging, developer mastery is increasing.
I've been rocking this version for awhile now and the consolidation is much appreciated.
I can't wait for this one.
The first Ori had such smooth and tight controls and I'm glad to see that movement is still of paramount importance to Moon. They made perfection with Ori and the Blind Forest.
