I personally feel Sony should bundle Little Deviants with the Vita at launch. It's THE game that shows off why the Vita is so great, don't make people pay for that, include it for FREE. Heck, even a discount for early adopters on PSN would be nice.

Seriously? Is it so hard to believe that first week sales, when a new console launches, would sell 320K units? This is definitely trolling. If anything, Sony would have "helped" sales during the second week...
Agreed! A late January release would be ideal. Plenty of time to market the PS Vita and put on some commercials.
No internet? Really? you're posting on a website...if you have no internet but are spending $250+ on a portable gaming device, I think it's safe to say you have internet.
As far as rootkits, Sony paid for their mistake. I don't foresee that happening again.
Not wrong. Stupid little "pirates" shot themselves in the foot with the PSP. Here's hoping Sony keeps this one locked up for a few years, at least. I want developers to support this...
How will the legit users suffer? You assume that SPYing is bad. What if I changed that to LOGging? Not so evil now. Guess what, just about ever tablet and cellphone LOGs data at some level to better diagnose issues when they arise. No personal information is gathered (usually) but this logging gives them an idea of what was happening when issues arose, that way they can better help the customer.
If you aren't doing anything illegal, you have nothing to worry about. :)
I fully agree with the first two comments. If you can afford to but the system, lay down the money and buy the games. I, for one, am glad Sony is tracking just about everything we do with the Vita. They have the right to try and protect it from the hackers.

I'd imagine the PS Vita is doing just fine considering the economy. The true test will be the NA/EUR launch in February. Combined (US, CAN, EUROPE) you're looking at about 1.1 billion people). Obviously not all of those people are potential buyers but I'd venture to say anything less than 1.5 million units for the February launch would = pote...
325,000 units in two days seems quite impressive to me, considering the economy. I'm eagerly awaiting results for the full week.
Aside from Nintendo (who usually uses old tech.) Sony and Microsoft have been losing money on hardware for years now. It's only after 3 or so years that they start making a profit on hardware.
If someone can create a card that fits in the PSVita and uses microSD, I'll be quite happy. Regarding hackers doing that, I think they will be looking at the OS and how to exploit it, rather than making memory cards.

Fanboys/girls. Personally, considering the technology, the price is perfect at $249.99. I would have liked to of seen Sony include Little Deviants AND a 2GB or 4GB memory card, but they are already selling at a loss so I understand.
And yes, I'm very interested in FIFA on the Vita, just waiting for a few more reviews before I pre-order a copy.
