Ok...So I guess since it's a gift, we won't have to pay for the game when it releases? Gift!
Anyways, the GTA 5 game is looking like a 'must have'. I want a digital day 1 release for this game as I would rather play it from the HDD. The constant access of disc based texture streaming will take its toll on many a Bluray drive. Either that, or a mandatory install that takes pressure off the HDD will do.

I don't see the point for the general gamer population. 25GB games will take a whole lot of storage and let's be honest...there are maybe 3 games worth pirating on Wii U if you're the kind of scumbag who cannot see the harm this type of modding can do to the industry...
Piracy affects all legitimate gamers and I am against.
Interesting piece of mobile gaming tech. The graphics on that water based stunt racer game reminded me of Waverace on Gamecube.
I won't support it because I already have a S3 phone which can do all the games with ease. But a cheap solution for those who like this sort of thing.

The Illumiroom tech will NOT be for Next Xbox or Xbox Fusion or W/E they call the thing.
The tech is not ready for Xbox, MS themselves made a statement which is on the net if you're looking for it.
Occulus Rift tech is more interesting anyways...
In any event ...it won't be 3rd party Exclusivity that will decide next gen, it will be 1st Party stuff.
That is where I expect to see differentiating factors.
I think the industry is more puzzled with some of the decisions Nintendo have made with Wii U.
As for 'gamers', I have no complaints about the system itself since I have not purchased a Nintendo system since Gamecube.
Can't speak for the rest of our community, but I would put my neck out and say a lot of gamers are becoming frustrated with Nintendo.

Why so much hate for Ubisoft...? When MS shagged R* and Activision for timed exclusive DLC, did PS3 fans wish terrible things on R*? ...No! Did we support the poorly ported PS3 versions of COD? ..Yes!

I wouldn't go far as to say it was an 'Intelligent' thriller, it had a good story that was slightly under developed and the dialogue was poorly acted at times. Heavy Rain had a cool story also, but had some woeful acting too.
But all in all, Alan Wake is a good game...and I agree we do need more games like this.
Luv the comedy of the Dead Rising series, it's one Zombie fest that doesn't take itself too seriously.
DR3 needs to be for next gen too...there are far too many games still in development for current gen.
Not that I am complaining, this is great, but I can't afford to support PS3 beyond 2014 due to PS4 launch.
It's worth keeping PS3 for PS+ games, B/C and other media functions such as BluRay/MP4/XVID Movie watching.

I really enjoyed Alan Wake on 360, the American Nightmare DLC sucked, but Alan Wake was a cool cool game.
The lighting really impressed me, could look closer to movie quality on Next Xbox and maybe Remedy can realize their vision with the extra power next gen.

PS4 news just keeps getting better and better each day...
The third parties are really behind the PS4. AC;Blackflag also getting extra 60 minutes playtime. Destiny geting exclusive content, and I'll bet Battlefield 4 will have some kind of PS4 exclusive content too.
Sony has done much to repair the PS brand over the past few years.
Developers are happy, then I'm happy :)
