Yeah, Aliens did suck, but people should have waited for reviews. Agreed a 'Monumental FKUP', but it should not damn this company to hell...if so, Capcom/EA/Activision and Deep Silver should have been buried already...
Just by looking at the schedules...PS4 Feb reveal, Xbox May reveal. The news that games are still at an earlier than expected stage and the commitment to the entertainment aspect of the new Xbox.
So there is 2 months between both events and E3 is next and so on. If PS4 launches Oct/Nov/Dec, possibly Xbox could launch Jan/Feb/Mar. Xbox could launch Nov too...speculation.
Just an analysis of the playing field is all, no negative intent at all :)

It will not debut on Next Xbox because it won't be ready. MS has already stated this. This is not present tech, it's future tech...like the future beyond the next gen.

Even though I have chosen to stick with the PS Brand, I am still as excited for the Xbox Event as I was for the PS4 Meeting, how could any true gamer not be!
2013 is such an exciting year for 'ALL' Gamers. It's like 2005 Part II :)
So basically Ghosts is coming to Wii U and PS4/Next Xbox, they just haven't dated them yet.
COD:Ghosts will look good (especially on next gen), but the Battlefield series is made from different salt.
I read the Activision press release and it clearly indicates PS3/PS4 & 360/Next Xbox, Wii U and PC will get a release. The press release also states that COD:Ghosts is a sub brand in the COD series.
So Activision may well be releasing 3 COD games in rotation. The Black Ops series, The Modern Warfare series and now this new series Ghosts.
Is this a classic example of milking? IDK...However, I'm reserving judgement on Ghosts, it may take a new direction...

Props to Molyneux, but this guy over promises and under delivers. His ideas are good, but with every generation no hardware he works on seems to allow his vision to be realized. His excuses, not mine.
...and why the hell don't they bring back BC (cancelled project from Xbox1)? BC was an amazingly cool idea. A prehistoric game with a theme of evolution.
BC got canned because he said the current hardware available was not powerful enough for his game.
I never got around to completing GTA 4, so have started replaying in preparation for GTA 5. I'm using high end headphones for the first time...wow! the sound is like 3D surround, really immersive.
I cannot wait for GTA 5. The locales are rich and vibrant, opposite to the gloomy setting of GTA 4. But after 5 long years, GTA 4 still looks/plays very well though.
I look fwd to the return of controllable aircraft, helicopters are cool, but you can't beat...
The ONLY thing Molyneux has said that is not a disappointment :)
