When you have enough amount of reviews all those round ups and downs will cancel each other in the average.
Example:
The game is supposed to be exactly 4.7. Then it's expected that 70% of the reviewers are to give a score of 5 (round up), while 30% will give 4 (round down). After 100+ reviews any errors will become insignificant and the score will settle at something like 4.71 or 4.69.
I have a few of the games in the list, and it's good to know that the game developers are being compensated for their efforts.
Btw, if you still haven't tried I MADE A GAME WITH ZOMBIES (however it's spelled), try it now, it's one of the best games on the service.
Does sony has a xbox.com like web system where you can buy/queue downloads?
While I do like aftermarket accessories, in this special case with Datel, I completely support MS. Datel sells these products with the premise of "cheating in games", and "boosting your gamerscore".
While it's good to have cheap 2GB memory cards, it's bad for the whole gaming ecosystem if cheating is common.
And on the other hand, MS has not touched aftermarket HDDs, chargers, controllers, headsets, power adapters, etc. As long as they don't inte...
You'd not show your own gamertag to the whole world in a leak, you'd make an offline account.
Anyways most of the comments on youtube also say "fake", there is no new information in the video either. It's 99% fake.
They put "overly referential" as a negative point! Come on, last time I looked the original I had 40 hours registered in just one of my saves, I want the new game to refer to it, this is a big positive. :)
but for $30, XBL gold is a deal I cannot pass. Especially with the weekly discounts, it basically pays for itself.
It's supposed to be a 2 hours story, with no replay value.
I think it was forgotten so fast, they did not remember to put it on the list. :)
Natal has its own processor, so there is no hit on calculations. The information is transferred over USB port, which is the same with the regular controllers (wired ones). So theoretically there is very little performance hit.
The last time I tried PS3 linux was more than a year ago. It was a disaster.
PS3 basically leaves ~220MB RAM for linux use. Any modern Linux desktop requires 512MB to run. It always used the swap, making everything crawl.
The situation might have changed, but I no longer have my PS3, and I already am deterred from trying again.
There are proper expansions like GTA IV episodes or TF2 updates. But you're mostly right, they occur very seldom.
The expansion packs of the old have become DLCs of this generation. Unless there is deliberate misconduct (disabling parts which are already on the disc), it's OK for me.
Edit: Supposed to reply to thread above.
I just traded my copy of Gears 2 yesterday!
Very bad timing on my side :(
It really is very fluid. Wow!
one more, I sent a PM, if you still have it can you reply?
It's already known to be a trilogy. Do you want them not to think about the consequences in the final chapter while designing the one? That would be much worse.
(Oops, we destroyed Earth in the process, how are we going to get it back?) :)
That... also the good ending is supped to be part of Star Wars cannon. (It's how the rebel alliance is formed after all).
Edit: Anyways, that won't stop me playing the game, though.
!SPOILER ALERT!
Didn't starkiller die in the canonical ending of the first one? Will we be playing in an alternate universe now?
!SPOILER ALERT!
I though you said "control". :)
The game was great, but unfortunately the controls were terrible. I hope the second one will be even greater, by incorporating proper controls this time.
Duke did try to be very different and failed. It's already been outdone in every area.
I liked the original, but unfortunately this footage was not much better than the recent Serious Sam release.
