But Gears of War is pretty good and would be great on PS3. Halo is rubbish, doesn't deserve any of it's hype as it offers nothing new or innovative whatsoever.
I really expect good things from this game.

Yeah, but isn't that why people comment on upcoming games and features? I think people will always compare Home and PSN to X-box Live and that's a good thing, whichever is better.
I personally believe Home will be a blast, but if it turns out to be garbage then at least I didn't spend money on it...
Halo 3 was good at two things:
1.Marketing
2.Hype

Firstly, my point was why should 360 owners approach it with caution? It's still the same game. It just makes better sense for development.

Why approach LucasArts titles with caution in future?
Surely the games will still contain the same great fun and sense of adventure as the Star Wars previous titles?
They'll just play and look better on my console than yours.
GTAIV will be great on both consoles but I doubt that the exclusive content will really be enough to encourage people to buy 360s suddenly.
If it is actually fantastic then it's a shame people like myself will just never experience it. Pity like. I wouldn't want an X-box and I don't like paying for downloadable content.
They're not quite awful, but they aren't THAT great either. Gears of War owns Halo 3 but it's hardy

Gears of war is hardly "revolutionary" but I have to say it is a great experience and well worth buying.
Halo 3 however, shows us exactly how deluded fans rally behind a corporate device that doesn't make better use of it's intellectual propert...
