It is interesting and the art is wonderful, but essentially this is a walking simulator. I'll pass, but respectively.
Either that or it's just a typical cheatcc article.
I guess they weren't kidding around when they upped their sales forecast some months back.
It's neither. It is a remaster of a port of a prequel that has yet to be released. That's right. You heard it here first. Remember this day.
Maybe, but it happens. You can look at numerous titles with similar problems, like the fighting genre, and it does just fine.
We have all seen it a dozen times, a fighter has a certain color costume and kicks a particular way, but then you have another character whose costume is a different color, has the same kick, and happens to be a different gender.
Point is, even small changes can mean the world in character selection.
Definitely a great list. I remember making friends mad in Goldeneye with remote mines and using Gameshark codes to access the complete stage of Facility, notably the bottle room.
Now, Mario Kart, I still have friends that hate playing me in battle mode. It seemed like I would have three opponents instead of it being a free for all almost every time.
Online is fine and all, but couch multiplayer has charm, not to mention you can physically punch your opponent if necessary.
I miss Free Radical, and though they basically became Dambuster Studios, it's just not the same.
Admittedly, some of these are interesting, but Darth Maul... major pass. He should stay evil.
It begun in Generation 7 when digital became normal, but we are still a long way from that crappy digital-only future, and only a few months away from another "death of physical media" article.
Nice. But only during the closing credits. And I'm allowed to use weapons while doing so.
That would be interesting, and I'm definitely for it, but I'll settle for another title in the Cruis'n series.
Not a bad list, and some of these titles are coming whether anyone believes it or not, but out of everything listed I want Cuphead the most.
Well if April 30th placeholder stays you will be redeemed, good sir. But... it is still a bad controller - too oversized for my taste with the button layout. Sucks he caught hell for his design, but you got to start somewhere.
From anything I've ever read on the subject of millennials, because it's such a wide group, a lot of people are unsure when their start date and end date is.
No argument here, I'm just bringing it up. I've heard '81, '85, '86, '87, and '90 as a start date. I personally don't get it myself.
That's cool, but am I the only one that thinks it's horrible to see Apple listed first on both surveys (normal and age group)?
Side note: When the company broke the survey down by just ages of 18-24 year-olds: Apple, Amazon, YouTube, PlayStation, Starbucks, Nintendo, Google, Netflix, Coca Cola and Walmart.
It's understandable to want this, but just because shared universes have come back as a "thing" doesn't mean a video game company should do it.
Besides, like Phoenix pointed out, that would rob other games of their unique quality, so keeping them bridged off makes small cameos extra special and gives welcome breaks between franchises.
I'm pretty confident it's a new game too. Plus Hal is listed twice, both on the official site (www.smashbros.com) and in the trailer.
PR disaster, plus it gives the other side of the argument leverage.
Not for me, no.
"Being passive is a loser activity for losers." - Red Bull website confirmed. Sheesh, guys, let's dial it down to a 7.
I always thought the achievement was completing the game, but I'm cool whether we get these or not.
Any game's protagonist, no matter the gender, could suck.
Yes, if Rockstar puts a female character front and center it will sadly feel forced in this day and age, no matter how you spin it, but considering the series it could be interesting and a breath of fresh air.
I personally think that Rockstar will probably sidestep the issue and give us a female character to switch to with the other male character(s), considering their (divisive) formula in the last outi...
