Well, yeah. I would be worried if it wasn't.
Zany indeed. I gotta tell ya, the world needs more TimeSplitters. Sadly, from my understanding, the guys couldn't find a publisher thanks to Haze, and although you only get a few images in this article (which also points out more) I think whatever publishers skipped this entry missed out on something special.
Absolutely. I'm unsure which is worse: players having to wonder if a game will have single player or developers giving craptastic excuses of why it's not.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
SSX 3 on Xbox One X doesn't look bad, but it doesn't look jaw-dropping amazing either. I honestly wouldn't expect any older game to look but so good, but I am happy to see this fun title getting a second chance to be picked up by a new generation. Man, I miss arcade sports games, and SSX was one of the best.
And it's 6.6 GB. Can't. Wait.
Not sure if this is directed at me or not, but for the record, I'm interested in God of War. I just liked to hear a different opinion and could relate to buying a title to only lose interest later.
No one here needs to follow the crowd on releases, nor force negativity on others that do.
Oh, no. Marvel, or should I call you Disney? Anyway, just stay on your side of the media fence and I'll stay on mine.
The digital content and microtransactions that would be delivered once you handed over licensing to EA would find a way to move past ridiculous.
Always refreshing to hear a different opinion, especially on big releases, even if he's not buying it. I say kudos on the article.
I, too, can relate to buying a game and then feeling uninterested, so I feel your pain there. I personally think it's gaming fatigue or the feeling that a lot of games take themselves too seriously.
Well, it wouldn't be E3 if they didn't.
You saw no negative articles from any gaming press over DRM? Respectfully, I think we can agree to disagree here. We must of went to different sites, because all I remember is DRM negativity, which in my opinion was deserved. No one asked for DRM. Sure, I did see one or two sites that had no problems with the DRM fiasco or would talk about benefits, but they were in the minority from my perspective.
From the get-go, Microsoft had lost most of the community over that slip, aswell as m...
"It seems like the market has moved away from its obsession with power and gamers nowadays want the best titles on their platform." - Power in a console is nothing more than bragging rights through a gen, but games are everything and gamers have always wanted the best on their platform of choice.
In my opinion, the entire problem stemmed from the slew of negative press before launch. Microsoft had never gotten this amount before (or possibly anyone), which caused...
If "all time" means 2013 to 2018, then yes. Yes it is. To be honest, I don't consider The Last of Us or Grand Theft Auto 5 Gen 8 games, so technically God of War is the best PS4 game to date.
Let me see if I can translate this, my EA is rather rusty.
"We have taken significant steps as a company to review and understand the mechanics around monetization, loot boxes, and other things in our games before they go to market."
- Translation: You guys caught on quick, so we're going to find better ways of screwing you over.
"For games that come next, for Battlefield or for Anthem, [players have] made it ...
Me too, but I have high hopes Sam will make an appearance at E3 this year.
I'm skeptical, but Onimusha is more than welcome to make a return.
I just want a great title, so no worries about sales here.
Looking forward to a trip down Dreamcast Lane, and the price just made it better.
It belongs in a museum!
Great. Now I want a Blade Runner game. Impressive nevertheless, though.
