EA thinks these Madden games are good? That's why so many people always wonder if the developers of Madden even watch football that much. The core issues are still there every, and they also find ways to make it worse (connected careers, a career mode with experience points to boost up every player's flaws? in a game that always claims to be realistic? really?)
Exactly. Every Madden looks "good" in the previews to some people, but in the end, when the actual game releases, it's always one or the other:
The game fixes some stuff, and makes stuff worse (Madden NFL 13)
The game keeps the SAME CORE ISSUES that explain why people STILL want 2K back (Madden NFL 12)

What if your internet goes down? Or their servers crash? Or their servers for a game you like are shut down? Or a SimCity situation happens? Or they're are too many people logged in at once? No games, no apps.
Yeah exactly, or say there's a popular game, and the servers crash, or they shut down servers for a specific game that's like more than 2 years old, or there's a SimCity situation all over again. No games, no nothing.
It's why Cloud Gaming was looked down upon, why OnLive was looked down upon, etc.

If it wasn't for used games, I would've had to wait longer to play Final Fantasy X.
If it wasn't for used games, I wouldn't be able to play some classic Naruto or DBZ games, because THOSE WON'T BE ON THE PLAYSTATION STORE.
XBL used to be worth it ENTIRELY, but now, considering that many other boxes - PS3, Roku, Apple TV, Wii U, etc. all do the SAME THING for FREE, it's not worth it anymore.
I'm really happy they're releasing BOTH games, for only $40 in HD Remastered quality. It's also the best of both worlds.

Sony should redesign the Vita and instead of marketing it as a handheld, market it almost like a Kindle - You can watch movies, go online, video/voice chat, and play all types of games. Because you kind of need it to compete wit the iPad.

This is part of why Video Games that can forge an emotional connection (FFX) or immerse a player into a fictional world (skyrim) should be considered it's own type of entertainment.

I think Sony did not %100 percent confirm Used Games just so that Microsoft would do it without hesitation, then use that as a selling point for the PlayStation 4.

Tidus is a good character. I don't get why people say he's annoying. I mean, just because you wouldn't want him near you in real life, that doesn't make him a bad character in a narrative. When look at Tidus as a character, realize that he grew up most of his life as a star of a successful team, and was admired by everyone, which is why he had a ego. Madden STILL lacks proper player weight/momentum, proper foot movement (too much sliding and zig zagging), enough penalties, good A.I, realistic looking tackles, a an actual working challenge system, realistic pursuit on the ball (players speed up to intercept a pass or pick up the football at the last second), receivers that aren't passive and actually try to move to get the ball, good CPU play, etc. They screwed the offline gamer with no CO-OP PLAY, or watching...
