I can't believe how much I'm enjoying this game and how smooth it runs on PS4. Destiny is an amazing new IP and I can't wait for the sequel. Anyone that's on the fence should jump right in.
I have to disagree. Every game could have been better, with The Order there should have been more gameplay/freedom and less cutscenes and forced gameplay segments. I still think they did a great job overall with the setting/atmosphere and specifically the story, that was very well done.

Ryse was an epic launch game and there's really nothing like it in terms of setting. It truly feels like Gladiator the game in my opinion. The combat is actually much better than fanboys say too.
Show me a FPS on PS4 that is 1080p/60fps. It's not easy to get a game running like that on any piece of hardware. Let's all just wait and see what happens when the game comes out. I would be fine with 900p/60fps though I don't really care much for Halo. When it comes to exclusive shooting on XBOX it's Gears of War for me all day.
Ironically enough, I never had a 360 fail on me. I did have one PS3 that got bricked. I own PS3, PS4, 360 & XBONE and never had a single technical issue with any M$ console. I almost don't believe in RROD, my 360 has been running like a champ for almost 6 years with zero problems. I think a lot of the people who had issues mistreated their consoles.
Agreed, now it could be Jordan Spieth since he's crushing it. He is the new star, not taking anything away from McIlroy of course. Should be PGA Tour 16 like you mentioned or something similar.
I think you were thinking about The Order: 1886, I don't ever recall a debate about the black bars being used to get the game running smooth for The Evil Within.
Dude, how could you not like Fallout 3 but you're sold on Fallout 4?? They seem to be quite similar just with a different story and setting.
Fallout 3/Skyrim didn't exactly run smooth on 360 either. The screen tearing in particular is terrible on 360 yet it's fully v-synced on PS3. 360 has the marginally better frame rate at the cost of bad screen tearing. Game froze on both consoles too so stop exaggerating.
Don't worry, there will be plenty more.
I don't know why I never got around to playing it as Dishonored always peaked my interest. I will pick it up for 360 brand new with all the DLC on the cheap and plow through it. If it's good, I will pick this up.
Same thing as last gen except M$ had over a year head start which killed Sony. Otherwise, last gen would have been the same. Lucky M$, not this gen.
Yep, same thing with Demon's Souls. There's no way I would miss out on that and Bloodborne. Basically bought each console with those specific games being huge selling points for me.
Gears will probably be in 2017 also. It hasn't been in development very long.
I'm willing to bet that it will go back to the original Dark Souls roots and the map will be one large connecting labrynth. Loved that about the original and changing that for Dark Souls 2 was definitely a mistake. Miyazaki will bring it back for sure, it's one of the reasons Dark Souls is so special. The open world that connects everything together is brilliant and should be a cornerstone of every Dark Souls entry.
I'm playing Fallout 3 currently on Xbox 360 and still amazed at times by the graphics of that game considering everything it does along with the sheer size/scope of the world. Not to mention it came out in 2008. I have no doubt that I will be blown away when I finally have the chance to see Fallout 4 on my PS4. This is one of those franchises that I get particularly excited about come a new entry. I'm very excited for Fallout 4 and can't wait to see gameplay from E3.
Not only will it live up to The Witcher 3, it will surpass it. Fallout is so amazing and the depth of the world/lore is unmatched.
Fallout 3 curb stomps Witcher 3
Why? It was in Last of Us which was a remaster. They should have at the very least included Coop.
Sounds like a very interesting premise. I love Oregon Trail btw.
