There were way too many made to gain any real value anyway. Bethesda made probably almost a million Collector's editions I would be willing to bet. Don't get too worked up over it.

I guarantee the DLC comes to consoles, there's no way FromSoftware won't release it. The question isn't if, it's just when. I really want console owners to get the DLC first as they are the primary reason the Souls franchise is so successful and popular. Demon's Souls alone was marketed by the game's fanbase, not SONY, not Atlus, not From, just the fans that played it and spread the word about how great it was and needed to be played by all. If one game this gen felt magical to me, it was Demon's Souls. The game just feels alive and it's more than just a game to me.
Are you serious? They made the DLC because of extremely high demand from their fanbase. It wasn't made before the game's release with the intentions of leaving it out to only use it later as "DLC." If you played through Dark Souls, you would know it takes anywhere from 70-120hrs to complete, doing everything will take over 100hrs. I'd say that the game was in fact 100% complete and on the disc and anyone that disagrees with that is just being a blatant fanboy.
Yup, SONY screwed up bigtime by not making this beautiful rpg exclusive to PS3.
$9.99 for this is an instant buy if you never played it and were even curious, such a beautiful medieval rpg.

This is just great news for gaming in general. FromSoftware are an amazing Dev.
God I'm drooling for the new monsters, armor and weapons, new areas to explore, and new NPC's. Console owners better get it first via DLC before this releases in late August.
Foundation kinda sucks, Sanctuary however is awesome.
DLC pisses me off. It usually becomes irrelevant when a new iteration of any franchise comes out and everyone moves on to that, abandoning the last game and making the DLC almost worthless. Not every game, but a lot of games I have bought DLC for which now I don't even play anymore.
Unlike many others, I like the direction RE has taken. Leave survival horror to Dead Space and the guys at Visceral Games. Just like RE5, this looks to be awesome as well.
If you can't handle it, don't play it. There are a ton of other games for people to play.
So much hate for this game yet the Devs give it a lot of support. Guess if it was Halo 3, ODST, Reach, or the incoming Halo 4 it would be cool and the Devs would be amazing right?
I know the game will be sick, but paying an additional $40+ for this stuff seems a bit much. Guess it depends on how collectible one feels it is and how much they enjoy the lore of Max Paynes world.
Well, they did bring the PC game out which wasn't originally planned but came to fruition as a result of high demand. Hopefully same thing happens regarding this DLC on consoles.
