When? 5 years from now? I really doubt it's going to happen.
@dekke
That was on PC.
It's not a light its just painted green.
State of Decay 2 was pretty buggy at launch and Sea of Thieves was very lacking in content but it was still fun for what it launched with IMO.
If they were being properly managed, there should be someone who can take that position over right away with minimal issues.
Sorry your setup sucks. Remote play works great for me.
@Ramrod88
"Of course, getting rid of any form of timed exclusivity would be best. I just have a damn good feeling that if this was the other way around, Sony fans defending this wouldn't hesitate to condemn MS for this behavior."
So why isn't anybody complaining about the 22 timed exclusive games coming to Xbox if Sony fans wouldn't hesitate to condemn MS? Only reason people bring it up now is because everyone is crying over this exc...
Exactly.
People calling this anti-consumer is ridiculous. It is however pro-consumer for people who are consuming playstation products. Sony is giving back to its consumers plain and simple.
If this is anti-consumer then every console manufacturer is anti-consumer. Each platform/service requires a certain device or subscription to play its games. They are all anti-consumer in their own way if this stuff is considered anti-consumer lol.
Sony has the licensing rights to Spider Man movies and games. Disney has the rights to everything else marvel has. So in regards to who owns what. Sony OWNS anything they have made with Spider Man in it. But if marvel wants to put Spider Man into a game/movie of their own, Sony gets to say yes or no and they get a percentage of the movie/game that Spider Man is featured in.
Thats your own fault for assuming.... You'll still be able to use those controllers on PS4 games... so yeah they will still work on PS5 so they aren't a complete waste. Did you assume the same thing going from PS3-PS4? Did you also assume this for the 360 to the XBO? And why would you need a total of 7 right now? It's not like PS4 controllers will be discontinued once the PS5 launches. You could have been patient and ordered the extra two after you knew 100% they would work with P...
Seeing as how you want to compare this to GTS off of a comment that said nothing about it.... GT5 on the PS3 launched with 1000+ cars, 31 locations and 81 track layouts. Three years later FM5 releases with a fraction of that content AND it launched with less than half the amount of cars that its predecessor FM4 did on the 360 two years prior.
LMAO! Smh
P.S. GTS is more of its own thing like Forza Horizon. Its not the same as the FM1-6 and GTS is not the s...
What other UI features have they shown off? I only know about quick resume.
We aren't talking about system architecture either. We are talking about features working within the systems UI.
PS5 activies feature description in the article:
"Multiplayer game servers will provide the console with the set of joinable activities in real time. Single-player games will provide information like what missions you could do and what rewards you might receive for completing them—and all of those choices will be visible in the UI. As a player you just jump right into whatever you like."
XSX quick resume description:

Double post
Let's say you are in the ps5 system menu and you see a link for a challenge on a game your friend challenged you to. You select the link they sent to you and you load right into that challenge in whatever game it is without having to launch the game first and navigate the menu to do the challenge.
Well yeah they have stated to us multiple times that they haven't told us about all of the features of the PS5. I'm sure we will hear about a lot of them during their next event.
Pretty sure he hinted to this during the technical breakdown of the PS5 too.
Not exactly the same thing they are describing here
On Xbox they had only shown quick resume between multiple games paused in the background.
This PS5 feature is touting the fact you could see an event link in the system menu for a challenge or maybe a multiplayer match. You would select it and load right to that point rather than launching to the main menu and then going to said challenge or multiplayer match. Basically the same feature Stadia was talkin...
Not for me. I don't remember climbing in that game making it trigger rain.
"I'm absolutely buying one..."
I'm doing the same thing. I currently have a Radeon VII GPU and it currently averages 800+ on eBay. So I'm putting mine up for sale to hopefully make a small profit and get a 3080 basically for free.
