That looks awesome. I seriously don't need to spend the extra money, but I really want this.
If the console looks sweet, I'd consider buying it, but I'm already getting the Legendary Edition. It would be incredibly hard to justify spending $550 when I already have a 360 and four controllers.
This sounds pretty cool, but I'd rather it be Liara's story between ME1 and ME2. Perhaps actually playing her and confronting the Shadow Broker.
Still, I'll definitely play it. I played ME2 three times before any DLC released, so I have yet to play Firewalker, Kasumi or Overlord DLC. I started a fourth play through a few months ago, maybe I'll start that back up and play all the DLCs released.
Did he have a fat lip? I bet someone punched him for carrying around that stupid ass belt and letting developers hold it (uncomfortably) during his stuttered interviews.
I hate this nonsense.
Mass Effect 2 was the worst for me because it had several pre-order bonuses and I wanted all of them. I ended up buying two copies of the Collector's Edition (one from Best Buy and one from GameStop.com). I was going to return one, but I just sold it to someone else who didn't manage to pre-order in time.
Looks like I'll be picking up two copies of Halo: Reach Limited Edition as well, and returning one to GameStop (because I ...
CoD4MW was brilliant, MW2 not so much.
The story was alright, but it was a little over the top. They also went overboard with MP adding so much crap to it. I would take CoD4 ANY day over MW2.
Black Ops campaign looks to be awesome. So far it doesn't seem like it'll be over the top, but who knows. I'll definitely get this eventually, but probably won't be at launch.
Jesus christ that's a lot of games lmao.
I've never played a FF game, so I had no idea there were so many. I figured there were more than the main games, but that's a ridiculous amount.
Like I said though, they can keep churning them out if they want to. I don't have to play them. There are people that do and enjoy them, and that's their choice. Who am I to tell someone their favorite gaming franchise should die?
@dinkeldi...
To be honest, I wasn't even aware that EA owned shares in Ubisoft.
As of right now, I'm looking forward to Ghost Recon Future Soldier, and hopefully they announce a new Rainbow Six game. Vegas and Vegas 2 are great.
I don't understand why people want a gaming franchise to die. If you don't like it, then fucking ignore it. It's as simple as that.
I'm not crying because there are almost 15 Final Fantasy games.
Madden is a rehashed game with minimal changes and roster updates. You know what I do? I DON'T BUY IT. See how easy that is?
Mutant League Football used to be so awesome, same with Mutant League Hockey.
I would do almost anything for a new MLF or MLH game on today's consoles.
"^I'm saying if this beta was exclusive to the ps3,
you would have probably hear a big outcry/outrage from the 360 audience (similiar to what happened with medal of honor)
whereareas you dont see that happen so often with the ps3 audience."
I'm pretty sure I recall Sony fans pissed off when CoD4MW and CoDWaW betas were exclusive to 360.
I'm a single player campaign gamer first and foremost. I haven't even touched the MP component on a lot of the games in my collection.
I don't think I'll be getting either this year, but if I had to pick it'd be Black Ops. The campaign looks like it'll be pretty cool.
The ONLY reason I personally care about sales is because it will ensure future games and/or consoles for me to enjoy. The fact that one console sells a few more than the other doesn't mean the games I currently play are a better experience. I could care less who finishes second behind Nintendo. I own both 360 and PS3, so as long as both sell well then hopefully my gaming future will be secure.
Controllers have evolved with gaming.
We've gone from 2D side scrollers where all you have to do is move and jump, to FPS, TPS, RPG, etc that require more complex controllers.
If you don't like them, then go back and play with your Atari.
Halo community is full of win.
Forge is a HUGE reason why this game has remained so popular for so long and was the most played game on XBL for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
People complain about games shipping with x number of maps. Well with Forge, maps become limitless.
Oh, you don't have the creativity to create your own map? Good thing the community shares their awesome creations.
Too bad your comment isn't as creative as the Halo community.
He really hasn't proven himself.
Sure he's a great player, but he has yet to prove himself as a CHAMPION. His biggest accomplishment is losing the Finals. Congrats on that.
Also, the Cavs did everything they could to surround him with players to win. They signed who was available. It would have been nice if Lebron let them know of his intent to not return so they could try to go after any of these other big name free agents. Instead, he has strung the...
I am so fucking sick of retailer exclusive pre-order bonuses. It's annoying as hell. I do WANT all the content, but I don't want to buy it from god damn GameStop.
"Resistance was by far the one of the best shooters this gen, Hate all you want, but Insomniac are in no way a talentless hacks."
Resistance was a solid game, and really good for a launch title, but to say one of the best shooters this gen is being extremely generous.
Halo 3
Killzone 2
Uncharted
Uncharted 2
Gears of War
Gears of War 2
Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare
Call of Duty World at War
Dude, that ViDoc is soooo sick.
I <3 Bungie. They're seriously in the top echelon of developers.
The Halo Community will make some amazing things in Forge World.
