I feel that Garrus' and Liara's personality transformations make sense.
SPOILERS for BOTH games follow...
Garrus was tired of being held back by C-Sec. He could never do things the way he wanted to on the Citadel and he speaks about it all the time if you talk to him. Once the team was broken apart, he found a place where he could do things his way, which is on Omega. No rules there really, so he goes after mercs.
As for Liara, there&...
They do reference Shadow Broker in ME2, several times at least...
I'm a huge Mass Effect fan and I'll gladly pay for this. I don't care if PS3 users get every single piece of DLC included, as long as I have the option to purchase it on the Marketplace.
Sick. I can't wait.
I'm on my fourth play-through right now and getting close to finishing. I'm wondering if I should wait until this releases to finish it up, or just finish now and play that once it releases. Hmmm...
It's sad that fanboys have to act like fanboys of the other console. Pretty soon there will be Xbox fanboys acting like PS3 fanboys acting like Xbox fanboys acting like PS3 fanboys or vice versa. It'll almost be like Inception...
INCEPTION SPOILER
INCEPTION SPOILER
INCEPTION SPOILER
How many different levels will the fanboy have to travel down to make people believe he's a fanboy of a certain console???
END INCEPTI...
"That being said, if you read my longer post below you will see that I believe Bungie has made major changes to the gameplay in each iteration of the game. It's just that these changes feel so good and seamless that others don't notice them from just watching the videos. You might watch a gameplay vid of Halo 2 and compare it to a vid of Halo 3 and not see much of a difference, but the way the games handle has changed. You have to play it to know it."

Well said SOAD.
Can anyone tell me how long this has been in development? Was it started before ACII was finished? Was it started after ACII released?
AC is pretty good, and ACII was a lot better, but I find it hard to buy a game with a short dev cycle.
I know where you're coming from, but I'm gonna milk it on Horde lol.
I'm resisting watching the campaign footage as I don't want to be spoiled.
I did download the wallpaper with the exploding Covie Cruiser. It's secksi as hell.
As always, Bungie's weekly update is one of the reasons they're one of my favorite developers. I'm sure it's the same way with a lot of other fans. It's also part of the reason people continue to play Halo....Bungie keeps the community up to date with their happenings.
inFamous is an amazing game, and this looks awesome as well.
Cole looked to move REALLY fast as well. I'm not sure if I like it yet or not, though.
That's pretty tight.
When I heard about the create a team aspect, I said if the tools were good enough, talented people could re-create every NFL team.
The logos look pretty spot on.
That said, are the rosters accurate and can everything be shared amongst the community?
If you weren't looking to get it day one, I could sell you mine as I'm gonna buy the Halo: Reach console and want to sell my current one.
Firefight 2.0 with matchmaking
Campaign with matchmaking
Forge World
Forge 2.0
Theater 2.0
Armor Abilities

This game is going to be sick. A little more than three weeks until release!
@BulletProofVess
"yes halo sequels may have sold well
but lacked on innovation that the original title brought to the table"
Really? Then why is that three years after relea...
No I remember it. I think it was only like six months ago though.
I would watch the video to see if it's the same one, but I can't be bothered.
EDIT
Here's the original article...

142 days ago, a little more than four months lol.
Halo 3 was meant to be Halo 3. Millions of people still play Halo 3 because it's a great game.
No game has yet to match Halo 3 feature for feature, and the game that will surpass it will be Halo: Reach.
Halo 3's lifespan hasn't been shortened in the slightest.
2007/2008/2009 Most played game on Xbox Live.
How did CoD4 shorten Halo 3's lifespan, when it wasn't even the most played game in any single calendar year?
2010 will probably go to MW2 though, but 2011 will be Halo: Reach.
The only thing people can say about Halo vs CoD is that the CoD user base has been splintered three (soon to be four) ways. That sai...
I'm not saying they can't, but just seeing the XP events they're having makes it seem somewhat desperate to keep people playing the game. I mean 40XP is A LOT, and the next one COULD be bigger.
I will say though that the 40XP worked to get me playing it for that weekend haha. A buddy and I played some Horde and I went from like a 16 to a 31.
I was thinking it was a mistake as well, but I'm just going by what was released.
I can't argue with the amount of post-release support they've given. It has been pretty impressive.
Epic is doing anything it can to keep Gears of War 2 relevant on XBL.
According to the charts this week, it isn't even in the top 20.
Here's a post I made to someone asking the same question a few days ago...
"Halo is great because it blends awesome run n gun shooting with great ground and air vehicular gameplay and has some truly unique weapons. For someone to say Halo is typical is rather ignorant. Bungie has done a tremendous job creating unique weapons that do different things against different enemies, etc.
The gameplay is extremely balanced, and to top it off, Bungie hasn'...
