No, Origin is just bad. It has very very limited everything really! It just plain sucks.
The rest of the game is great. But it was a completely ridiculous idea thinking that anyone except nutjobs would play for an actual un-broken 24hrs! Not least to think of the strain that puts on your poor old PS3.
I personally don't feel that the keyboard makes much of a difference (certainly not enough of a difference to merit the price of some of them!), but you absolutely do need a top gaming mouse.
Bulletstorm only sold on 360 because of the Gears 3 beta, fact.
Indeed, It's because Steam have a policy whereby they won't sell a product if there is exclusive DLC that their customers cannot get.
They are trying to protect their customers, but in the end no one is really winning here. EA will lose potential sales, Steam will lose potential revenue and it just inconveniences the consumers.

For fps, rts and obviously point and click games, you can't beat m&k controls.
However I do still use a pad for tps games. Dunno why, it just feels more suited to the genre, same for any 3rd person games shooter or not.
I just love the fact that this week I have been playing the Commander Keen collection, and then 5 minutes later playing BF3 Alpha (yes I got invited :-)). You just can't do that with a console lol.
It was brilliant, some of his abuse is amazing lol.

I almost agree with you, but the fact is Sony's exclusives mostly do sell well.
No not Halo or COD numbers, but well enough to be making a profit. And not everyone in the gaming industry is all about the massive numbers.
Sony's first party devs don't have to worry about the money side of things, they let Sony worry about that.

I just got an email, I never registered for anything or did anything special. I am a battlefield veteran though, lvl 4. That must be what did it.
There are a few others, Deus EX:HR being one. Remember that is just recommended, not required specs.
Not jealous (I'm in too), just that you really shouldn't be trying to play a PC shooter online with a pad lol. Not saying your not allowed to have your preference, just that you will get pwned, no matter how good you are with a pad when playing against people with m&k. And that might just skew your opinion slightly, I know I have tendency to call a game crap if I'm getting my ass kicked at it lol.

It's one of my favorite games, loved it so much I have it for the PS3 and the PC!
I had the PS3 version first, but thanks to Steam and their crazy prices, it was cheaper to get the GOTY edition off Steam than buy just the DLC for the PS3 version. A no brainer really.
