I don't really agree. There's no way Resistance 2 is going to flop, look at Insomniac's track record. Killzone 2 and Haze should have been switched. Could have done the same with Motorstorm 2 and Resistance 2 as well.
Console Reliability vs. Downloadable Content
Superior XBL vs. Free PSN
That's really what it comes down to.
Wow, big numbers across the board. Unbelievable for March.
Nintendo...
I got one a couple of weeks ago. Totally worth it IMO. I missed rumble, and the weight feels nice. The feedback in this controller feels better than any others I've used, and having rumble back for BC is great. Overall, the controller just feels a lot better. I definitely recommend it to PS3 owners.
PATA PATA PATA PON!
Patapon is so unbelievably awesome. Best game on PSP, and probably the most simple, pure fun I've had with a game since...Super Mario 64?
Somebody please burn EA to the ground. I would like to continue playing good games. I wish EA and Ubisoft would merge. Then they could be one, giant super-company that specializes in marketing and bad development.
Debating over which Final Fantasy game is best is kind of pointless.
Because obviously it's IX...
My friend had his PS3 "yellow light" on him out of the box, and he's actually got a launch 360 that's still kicking. The fact of the matter is, though, that the PS3 is highly reliable whereas it's surprising that Microsoft hasn't been sued yet over how faulty the 360 is. With technology like this, there are going to be problems and errors...but the PS3, I think, has proven to be about as reliable as a console can get. I've left Folding@Home (high CPU usage) on with my launch 60GB fo...
Resistance 2 is the most promising by far. Killzone 2 has potential, but it's mostly just graphical. Rainbow Six: Vegas 2? No thanks.
Uh oh, FFXI consumed my life for like four years. This news kind of scares me.
I need to get around to playing Okami. Everyone seems to be in love with it.
Two seconds shaved off of every load sounds pretty significant to me...
When you're playing a game, two seconds of downtime is an eternity. I mean, the load screens in Oblivion were extremely painful to me but they only took about three to five seconds.
Twenty minutes is pretty long, but to do that once and then be able to better enjoy the entire game is worth it in my opinion. You have to ask yourself honestly: if it was optional on either system, would you do it? P...
I'm a long-time member of PSU.com's forums (PS3forums.com), and could even be called a Sony fanboy. I will say, however, that I'm not even going to bother with this article because PSU.com is an extremely biased site that lacks anything approaching journalism. I feel sorry for anyone who takes them seriously.

And I thought 2007 was a great year...

Sony wouldn't delete any comments about it either.
Maybe the vast majority of the games just suck? Twilight Princess and Galaxy sold very well, did they not?
I doubt Fable 2 will flop...
Halo Wars and Alan Wake are very possible flops though. I mean, what do we know about either of them? Alan Wake looks pretty (less and less as time goes by), and Halo Wars has Halo in its name. AAA confirmed?
