This is apparently the dev kit, the actual console is unlikely to look like this.

Disney shouldn't be asking for a bigger cut while Sony's license is still in effect. They should wait until the contract expires and then start re-negotiation.
And this whole thing is based off the fact that the director isn't going to direct the next movie niether Sony nor Disney have confirmed that this contract negotiation talk is even real. This whole thing is speculation by deadline.com as of the time of writing.

The Last of Us has nothing to do with Gears and if Uncharted came from another series it was Tomb Raider.
Insomniac has been making games for Sony for 20 years. And this has nothing to do with that. Sony still has rights to use Spider-Man the only thing is changing is that future MCU movies may not include Spider-Man. And it's unlikely that this is the complete end of negotiations. There will still be two more movies under the prior contract.
