Well part of your problem is you are just using your own personal paradigm to assess the value of the game for millions of others. Entertainment per buck isn't an ultimate determinant to assess a game's quality or value, because it's entirely subjective. Someone somewhere probably got more enjoyment and playtime from Pokemon Go than you've gotten in Destiny, that doesn't mean Pokemon Go should be priced at $60 and milked with DLC.

I think the post launch support was great, a LOT of free content which was great. They will also be taking 4 years this time (they've hinted at 2019) which means they are willing to spend more time on it instead of releasing a rushed product.
I don't have much faith in their storytelling tbh, but I think if they can make the campaign gameplay amazing I will be satisfied.
Absolutely agree with everything said here!
Campaign was bad compared to the legacy of the original games but better than many FPS games today. MP was stellar even though it can be improved (Real BTB maps). The inclusion of a custom games browser was the most important thing 343 did that even Bungie couldn't do after years of requests.

Yeaa that's why I said if anything it would be an intermediary console. If it's for Xbox One X it would be current gen game still not next gen.
Regardless point is that Halo 6 won't come any later than 2019. Nor should it.
What the hell is up with people thinking next gen is coming so soon? The XB1X just came out last year the whole purpose of which was to extend current gen, even if we get another console it would likely be intermediary one.
It's been 3 goddamn years. They will release Halo 6 next on XB1 and XB1X, I wouldn't want to wait any longer than that. They can always make spin-offs later.

Yes people need to stop acting surprised. Bungie gives zero shits about the vanilla version. They are slowly going to lock content to force people to buy DLC and then re-release the game at full price when the expansion comes out. Very sleazy strategy.

If you have ever owned Destiny I'm sure you know how rare sales are on Destiny content.
Destiny 1 had no sales on the first 2 expansions. The only sale was on Taken king, and it required you to buy the whole package with the first 2 expansions, or buy the full game again with all DLC. They are have a slimy pricing strategy and I will never support that.

Also I don't understand the logic behind this statistic. If not enough people play the campaign, shouldn't the focus be on making it fuckin BETTER, not removing it altogether?
