Looks way better than anything Xbox has ever put out 😂
Looks like they’re leading the way this gen with their battery. Read the article.
Wow! That looks awesome!
Talk about leading the way in design for next gen hardware
Oh yeah, for sure. Definitely scared.
Wait. Aren’t you one of the accounts sending spam messages? I swear I saw that picture in one of the ten messages I deleted.
Cool! Honestly the HDR comparability across all of Sony’s PS4 console models is amazing for gamers!
To be honest... we’ve heard this before and the few upcoming games he mentioned don’t necessarily echo the term “strong lineup”. Hopefully those studio acquisitions bring quality along with the expected quantity. With Bleeding Edge’s recent release, they’re off to a shaky start.
Maybe next gen’s start will be better? Especially after all the virus stuff is over.
Doesn’t make sense from Activision’s side considering everyone is home right now and most Xbox players are probably looking for something new to play.
You’ll find the tech on the Surface platform well before it makes it to gaming. They’re on a much bigger goal to stay competitive against Apple and other manufacturers that already have better software integrated/supported AR technology on cheaper products.
@ImGumbyDammit
Sorry for hurting your brain. The potential for AR is huge but not in gaming. AR limits you to your surroundings when it comes to environmental immersion. VR takes you right into it without limitations on the scales of environment that games or other things can be done.
In terms of real world applications, you’re not wrong. Unfortunately Hololens will eventually be scrapped and the technology being used through other MS products like the surface. VR is a way better medium for games. Project Alyx is just the beginning.
Besides most phones these days have better AR tech at a better price point.
No one said they’re new to it? Pretty sure everyone agrees their messaging has been a mixed bag of support and lack of seeing it as a suitable investment for gaming.
As it is, their push for AR is falling flat with so many mobile companies adding AR tech so easily to phones and tablets.
That would be awesome! Glad to see so many people interested in VR. This gen really paved the way for it.
As beastly as both are compared to this gen, next gen will unfortunately be about price. The world spiraling into a recession from the virus is only going to add more to that focus.
It’s part of the reason the Wii was so successful and supported last gen. Hoping game prices don’t also go up.
It’ll play out very similarly to the transition into this gen. It’ll be a competition for price, more bang for your buck.
With most countries heading toward recession level trends of their economies, the average consumers are going to once again base it on price. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nintendo releases something soon afterwards that’s cheaper but more powerful than the Switch and takes a lot of the market.
The importance of E3 has continued to be flushed down the drain with all these cancellations. Further proving the point of those who tried getting it across to fanboys. As unfortunate as the coronavirus is, it’s a rude awakening to many that these digital showcases are the future.
I expect next years E3 to be a barren wasteland with how successful most digital showcases will be.
Since when has Nintendo ever followed the “generation” cycle that Sony and MS follow? Switches are still in solid demand while no one is buying an Xbox right now. Pretty straightforward stuff.
“ Together with Nintendo, they will bring the most console exclusive games and it is all due to the smartest business move on Microsoft’s part.“
Nintendo left MS in the dust this gen with a console that’s a fraction of the “power” and has a better sense on making fun and memorable games.
MS bought a few studios and is building them up.... something both Sony and Nintendo started 20+ years ago with the PS2 and GameCube. They’re a little late to the party a...
Lowkey trolling? Clearly either I or their innovative design struck a nerve with you? lol
Sony has always had the upper hand in hardware design. Even this gen with leading the way with social interactions with the Share Button (something people scoffed at back in 2013), their redesign of their controller for PS4 to be more ergonomic, and even tech like PSVR.
