Hey man, I respect your opinion on it. Yes it may be in the minority but it is indeed your opinion.
Just out of curiosity for myself, and I'm sure others, what about The Last of Us was forgettable to you that made it a forgettable experience?
Edit:
@LightofDarkness
You obviously missed the joke lol
Actually, in other words...
...super YES!
I'd say that it was one of the titles that defined and ended the last generation of playstation very well. So well that it wrapped it up nicely and left a bow on it for it to be opened to start this generation to be experienced by those who may not have gotten to on the PS3.
Over 200 game of the year awards, a deep story in both the campaign and DLC, immersive atmosphere, quality gameplay, a unique style of music, intense multiplayer, and a lot of great reviews from those...
Saw it too! It took me a bit afterwards but this article has reassured my assumption about it. And I didn't get to play GOW 3 on PS3 back then. So I'm excited for the remaster.
But this is what a possible confirmation of a game looks like. Especially when you compare it to another another article about a game, with the same acronym , where someone says "stay tuned" and all of a sudden it's confirmed lol
Opinions don't always equal facts my friend.
It's a good game. It's no different than most shooter, but the fact that it's something different than COD, Halo, Battlefield, or any other shooter is what got people to stick with it.
The large overall size of the Xbox one and its fan are both used to dissipate heat from the console. I don't own an xbox one, but I'm 100% sure that this was a last gen condition to fix (speaking from experience with the fat PS3 that could literally cook a burger at its hottest temp.).
I wouldn't advise these to anyone this gen. Technology on all consoles has improved enough to avoid this.
Same happened to me a while back when someone asked me! And as much as last gen left a good impression on us all, it's good to see that they've focused only on current gen for this game.
And that Holiday 2015 release only makes it better!
I wish him the best of luck on whatever he decides to do in the future! All of this kind of came out of no where to be honest. Unless I've missed something thats happened more recently.
Either way, I'm sure that he'll have no problems finding or starting something new in developing games. He's proved himself very capable of producing top grade stories and gameplay in his games.
Customization options are cool, but nowhere near important as the gameplay aspect of it. I had no problem with not having that in Battlefront 2.
However, if they do add it and are able to bring a lot of these things we hope for, it'll be an amazing game! Space to ground battles, third person mode, and a larger capacity for players are what they really need to hit first.
I wish the best of luck to any other FPS/TPS once this game is released (specifically...
Believe me, I read it. Go take a look at another article (on the front page) that literally had the almost exact same response that Sony gave. Yet I'm sure people will say that this won't come to the PS4 while the other one will be thrown around that it will be.
Did PS4 video chat just get confirmed?
I saw that. It's pretty obvious that they were messing with it. You could tell the whole video and especially when the screens went black. But if it's actually how it looks, it doesn't take away from the gameplay, so it's fine.
What does take away from it is those frame drops that happened for a short time on the Xbox one. They weren't showing the same scene on the PS4 when it happened (so the video misses a good comparison between the two in that are), b...
No no no, you read the title all wrong man. This isn't a list of the "Top 5 Best Games by Naughty Dog" from last gen and this gen.
But I gotta say, you've got a great list if the article were indeed that though!
I've said it before and I'll say it again.
If this game is as good as the people who are seeing it and playing it early say it is, it's going to make some waves when revealed.
And if it is released this holiday before the movie (like lego star wars before episode 3), it's gonna to take a lot of attention away from other big holiday first person/third person shooters and other games in general. Especially Call of Duty.
I'm about 100% sure it is. Although both brands do go back a few gaming generations. So it's a good estimate (keyword--->estimate) of overall popularity for both.
It'd be interesting for them to compare popularity and actual sales like they mentioned at the end.
Too many games, especially some AAA games from last year, think they can get away with it and just "patch it up" later. The fact that some do get away with it only prolongs this practice.
That'd be cool if so! My brother and I play online together, and since we're several hours apart sometimes we don't get to see each other often. It'd be a pretty awesome feature to add later on. I'm already looking forward to the Spotify addition soon!
Powers on the other hand is a lot better than I was anticipating. The ending of that first episode really had me on the edge!
@yarbie1000
"I'm playing Ori. You still playing the Order? Or you waiting for Bloodborne? What else you playing so far?
No reason for that man. Ori is honestly a great looking and well playing indie game! But there's no reason in comparing it to AAA games on PS4.
OT:
Overall Xbox seems to be setting up the second half to last quarter of this year well. But I'd have to agree with RocketScience, there isn't much going...
This game looks amazing and seems like it plays great from what I've seen! I don't have an Xbox one, but it's definitely a game I'd very much consider getting right away if and when I buy one.
Overall, it's great to see indie games score so high on reviews and do so well with those who play it. That's how all great games start. Small...make a lasting impression...develope into a bigger game!
I agree. The most notable to me was P.T.
I downloaded it during the presentation and had no idea what I was getting myself into. The atmosphere just from the graphics alone are what really got me with the first scare of the game. And when I heard that they actually downgraded the graphics so that people wouldn't figure out the engine, I got even more excited for Silent Hill.
And from what I've seen of Bloodborne, it's got a very good horror atmosphere. Th...
