Been hearing that same question asked every year. Unfortunately, unless they keep cutting the price I don't see anything changing much.

I seem to have hit a sensitive spot on some of you lol I sincerely apologize on that. Especially to @The Commentator. I didn't mean to make you feel insecure or anything.

@Christocolus
My comment was in reply to sugawalls. Wasn't trying to fool anyone either with my comment below. Simply asking an honest question since the Forza franchise is being milked till it dries.

I 100% agree gangsta_red. It's games like Tearaway and Sunset Overdrive that are true games similar to the golden era of gaming 10-12 years ago. It's unfortunate that they're nowhere near the numbers of the "dude-bro" games like call of duty, Halo, and battlefield.

P.S. I read your other comment on Third Party support for vita. Couldn't reply to it. But yeah remote play seems to be Sony's forte for the vita rather than pushing more first party ga...

You may know my history, but you do not know my future(:

On a less philosophical note... I play games, not metecritic scores. But since metacritic matter to you so much, did you know that the Xbox one has no games (console exclusive) with a metacritic at 90 or above?

...This comment is exactly how rumors and assumptions become fact here on N4G.

Considering that it may not have as much support as it did at launch, I'd still say that it's the platform to own if you have a PS4.

It literally brings "life" to my PS4 when I'm miles away from it. Still something that the competitors have yet to match or even come close to.

Every sense?
Sight - DC
Smell - Neither
Sound - DC
Touch - Neither
Taste - DC since it has no taste (I've never been fond of the taste of cardboard)

Another one next year??
So Forza and Halo every holiday. Doesn't that get old fast?

3950d ago 11 agree17 disagreeView comment

Nope.

Side note:
And what people don't understand is that every game for the PS4 has vita controls for remote play.

More sales = more support! more exclusive third party deals! And more gamers!

I couldn't agree more Hipster1.

Yet it's still nowhere near as sparse as the competing companies.
I've always enjoyed how Sony separates releases throughout the year for its fans to enjoy instead of over saturating the holiday season with exclusives.

And I really don't see third party exclusives as a priority though in my opinion. I think simple marketing deals like Star Wars Battlefront are enough to compete against the competition, especially during the later part of the year since tha...

"The gaming landscape is changing with new business models and new ways to play. But at Playstation, concepts like true consumer ownership and consumer trust are central to everything we do."

The moment that set the proper course of this current generation in gaming.

And in the "PS4 supports used games" video, I'm pretty sure I saw a couple of wallets being thrown on stage throughout the many cheers with each statement! haha

All this article kept saying was that SONY needs to fix it, and that SONY needs to take note of it. How do people not understand that it's the developer that takes care of these things.

While competitors may do it, Sony (as a company) almost never interferes or does anything in regards to developers and managing the development of their work. Capcom is the one that needs to handle it ASAP.

Can't wait to write essays on Word and balance out accounts on Excel while playing Halo with Windows 10!

I'm kidding! Try to not let that little joke ruin your day.

Even though it won't be till "post-summer", I'm sure the preview program will let all Xbox One users try out the new features (Probably right at or after E3) while they get refined before an official release. I'd expect the UI to change quite a bit on the Xbox once i...

"Those that are the loudest are weakest in their actions"

Humility goes a long way in the corporate business. Why else do you think Apple gets so much attention when they present something? Because they don't yell how much better they are all the time before their conferences. Compare that to Samsung where they throw punches all year long and yell about their products on their TV ads. No one cares about their conferences as much as they do about Apple because th...

I think I'm possibly the only one in that category DarkOcelet.

So far I don't have an ounce of worry. People have been saying that Halo 5's single player is going to be amazing and yet no one has seen one bit of it. And they completely changed the multiplayer after the beta, so it's just as speculative. I get that Dice might not have the best practices in the industry, but their gameplay is almost always, in my opinion, top notch.

And visual...

I know dude, can't wait for MS to hook us up! Sony has no gamez like MS in 2015. I'll be like, "thanks brah for Halo" once E3 is over. /s

@jeorc

Haha so you're comparing Kinect and its functionality to mice, keyboard and touch screens?

"They are not a gimmick just because they are not required to use them."

You DO NOT need a Kinect to play any game on Xbox, which 99% are non-Kinect games. Sorry but that is the definition of a gimmick in terms of actually playing games.

Mice, keyboards and game pads all play games the same way. And can all play th...

At $100 - $150, thats too expensive of a device to use for voice control in my opinion lol but to each his own.

3954d ago 6 agree1 disagreeView comment

Except the move wasn't forced on its customers THIS gen on consoles. Not sure why you're even bringing it up. The Kinect is not needed to play games on the Xbox one, and as of right now it has no support other than navigating through Xbox, which is not that groundbreaking of a feature for an expensive peripheral device.

Any device not needed to play games on a console is a gimmick. Simple as that. (Kinect, PS4 camera, etc.). As of right now Nintendo is the only one u...
