...a little late to the review party?
ugo.com be on that list?
What they don't tell you, is how many get sold/traded within days/weeks of purchase, because having to stay on the board is so restrictive. I'm over 6 ft tall, and wear a size 12-1/2 shoe...it's next to impossible for me to stay balanced on the "balance board" for most exercises. Beware of peripherals designed by tiny Japanese people...they use their own bodies as a reference. :o
...but the Wii and DS don't have games that can touch the likes of Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout:NV, GTAIV, or Demon's Souls. Games that force you to grind, just to "get the good stuff", don't count toward longevity. If that's what matters, Borderlands kills those games, in that category.
...when one of the opponents is a yearly no-show.
And what happens when GT6 is rolled out? I don't know...in what decade will that occur exactly?
...that the PS3 version was actually built with ME3/UE3.X engine. We've seen what EPIC has improved from Gears 2 to Gears 3 with their engine upgrade...but no such improvements can be seen here. Still a solid port, but no dramatic...if ANY...improvements worth noting, over the 360 version. This is like Bioshock all over again.
Now that they have the chip size down, and thus more affordable to mfr...and the overall cost of the PS3 is waaaay down from launch...this makes a ton of sense for Sony. And if they do indeed have Cell (or some variation) in PSP2, it will blow away any handheld device ever made.... even iPad. Not to mention, this shows their long-term commitment to the chip; PS4 with twin Cells anyone?
EDIT: Wow...a disagree already? I suppose I shouldn't be surprised...it's N4...
...that was stupid, not funny, and a tragic waste of webspace. :o
How convenient that they left that part out of the header. Whatever generates the most hits, right guys? ;)
Fact is, the exact same thing would be said about Sony, in regards to the U.S.
"Two of the most popular video games of all time are both getting sequels released the same week in January 2011"
Um...no. ME2 on PS3 is a year-late rehash of a 360/PC sequel; on PS3 it's not a sequel AT ALL.
EDIT: @DarkBlood...
What's wrong, kiddo...can't handle the truth?
...the 360 doesn't need these remakes, because (unlike the PS3) it has backwards compatibility on those games...which, as you said, already looked better than the PS2 versions...AND it has SC:Conviction. Chaos Theory, running on a 360, ALREADY looks better than an HD remake will look on PS3.
EDIT: Of course I get disagrees from sensitive little Sony fangirls who hate facts. :o
1.) NextGenNews is a Sony-biased site. Has been since the day it launched. They don't give a crap about what exclusives are/aren't coming to the 360.
2.) Since 90% of all games are multiplatform...and the vast majority of those are proven to be better quality on the 360...one could also ask "Where the hell are the quality 3rd party multiplatform games, Sony?" After all, it's been 4 years....far too long to still be blaming devs for "not being exp...
"wouldn't have boughten"? o_0
...@ "PS3-exclusive comic", like it's a bonus or something.
...because reading a Wiki entry = playing a 40 hr, choice-laden interactive video game, which can be carried over into the sequel. :o
...Sony fanboy trash. You're all just pathetic, really.
Major retailers are getting desperate to dump PS3 stock, it seems. Very strange...
EDIT: @ clintos..
You're probably right...although the PS3 has only been profitable per unit mfd, with the Slim's release last year...which coincided with a $100 price cut. If that is indeed Sony's plan, it can only be seen as a sign of desperation, because it certainly wouldn't make good business sense.
...to have a character from XBOX exclusive Tao Feng: Fist of the Lotus...which was made by former Mortal Kombat devs. Just sayin'.... :o
...that's just pathetic, really. Would you like some cheese with that WHINE, Sony?
My PC specs are:
-Vista 64
-8 gigs of Corsair RAM
-Intel Q9550 Quad
-Dual 9800GTXs
But I only use it for e-mail and HD porn, mostly....I game on my 360. :p
