...I love the 360 avatars. I remember when MS first announced them, people were like "oh boy, MS ripping off the Wii Mii". But anyone who has a 360 knows they blow away the Miis in every way imaginable. Not to mention, MS keeps improving the look, and adding more features and uses for them.
Maybe you never played co-op on DOOM 3. I played through that with a buddy on XBOX, and it was STILL scary as hell. Of course the fact that the XBOX version didn't get the flashlight/duct tape mod had an impact on that. We played through most of the game, alternating between flashlights and guns, so there was always some light. We even played back-to-back, in some tight spaces, because enemies had a habit of spawning behind you.
That was my first thought as well.
...at least the CONTROLLER got a decent review score. :o
...those Worldwide console sales #s are off by about a year. :o
...clicked the wrong article. :o
And from what I've read, it doesn't take more than a day or 2 to reach it. For a brand new IP...and an MMO...that's just plain retarded.
I hit lvl 30 on Fallout 3 and Fallout:NV within the first 15 hrs of gameplay, and spent the entire rest of my gameplay time (about 90 hrs each), sleepwalking through the game, because it was so easy...and boring. I can't imagine doing that on an MMO, and then forking out a monthly fee to play the same repetitive missions o...
They receive $14.99 from you (technically less than that), the consumer...and in turn, make a $45.00 donation in your name? Call me crazy...but that doesn't seem like sound economics. And to think they dumped SouthPeak...the publisher where games go to suck and die....and decided to publish this on their own. If they wanted to go bankrupt, they should have stuck with SouthPeak, so they'd at least have an excuse. :o
If GamesAid wasn't already a known charity, ...
...be co-op, pleeeeeeeassse be co-op!!! 0_0
...is Combat Training. It allows me to play MP, without dealing with cheaters and idiots. I loved Perfect Dark on N64 and Red Faction on PS2 because they had MP bots... it was a welcome surprise in Black Ops.
...any 3DS games that look like "360 level graphics". Somebody lied big time.
From what I've seen, the 3DS can pull off current PSP level graphics...which is of course a HUGE upgrade over the marginally-better-than-GBA graphics of the DS.
...that have schizophrenic art styles. Couple that with sh*tty Wii graphics, and I really have no interest. Condemned: Criminal Origins is STILL one of the creepiest games of this gen, and it was a 360 launch title. The Wii has had several of these Japanese cookie-cutter "horror" games, and they all sucked, and didn't sell. These devs really need to jump on the 360/PS3 train, and stop pushing out the crap.
...I'm not interested. EA still owes me a controller after FNR4, for wearing out my sticks.
These are just hacks...nothing more. They'd already announced PC support, when Natal was first shown, and again when Kinect was announced last year. This really has nothing to do with the 360, other than showing potential uses of Kinect in future titles, barring any PC-centric limitations.
At this point, NOBODY knows exactly what is in the works, aside from the titles announced in Tokyo last summer. We DO know Ghost Recon: FS will have some support, which will likely come...
...but the truth.
I think the title needs a "title update" as well.;)
...he didn't MENTION Sony, kiddo...stop being so whiny and defensive. You do know MS has a history of lawsuits, right? :o
This isn't a solution for PS3-PS3 cross-game chat, and likely wouldn't even be supported by most multiplatform games anyway. With the 360, EVERY game has the EXACT SAME chat support, as mandated by MS...since 2002.
EDIT: LOL...not only are you obviously a fanboy, but you're also a hypocrite. You act like I jumped all over you...when I CLEARLY didn't...then proceed to make yourself look like a defensive fool by jumping on me. Grow up kiddo...I was just sta...
...table tennis on Kinect Sports.
This is just another case of devs being lazy...or having a console bias. Either that, or this decision was made well in advance of Kinect selling 8 million units in the first 2 months. I guarantee you their next game will have Kinect support.
...the irony that this guy wrote an entire article, slamming an IGN reviewer for poor grammar...and exhibited plenty of it himself. So pathetic. :o
