$2000.00 USD for a "console experience"? Are you including the price of a TV...which anyone who has electricity, already has? If anything, handhelds are a luxury ...a supplement to a gaming habit, on top of console/PC gaming. They cost the same as the full-size consoles, and the games are more expensive, if you consider the smaller size and lesser graphics.
...what other platform they could put it on, really. It would take a ground-up overhaul...or fresh start...engine-wise, to jump to PC/360/PS3. Outside of the Wii, the market is completely saturated with FPSs, and The Conduit would end up like so many before it: 6/10 review scores, and sent to the bargain bins to die within a few months. Maybe if it went the route of Section 8, and became a low-budget, low-priced, digital-only franchise, it MIGHT have a chance on Steam/XLBA/PSN.
This craps all over the fanboys saying stupid crap like "Teh 360 gots no exclusives!" " MS abandoned their hardcore fans for Kinect!"
MS has said all along that they had announcements forthcoming.

...but the features constantly being added to Live. PSN certainly has Live beat in the firmware update department...in a ridiculously bad way...but can't compete with XBL in functionality and features.
...but Skyrim will likely be the better game, so it will get my $$ first...as well as my 200+ hours. :)

BTW, he never mentioned the PS3, because his statement was in reference to PC development. The 360 consistently trumps the PS3 in multiplatform games, and Bulletstorm is no different.
...since those are pretty much the same for any PC game released in the last few years. Why not be bold...and truthful...and release the necessary requirements to run it at 30fps, high settings, with all DX11 effects and other bells and whistles turned on?
