That game was looking AMAZING, and would have been the only game of it's kind, and a true exclusive gem for the XBOX.
...devs would allow for remapping of the controls, so I wouldn't have to wear out my right joystick, clicking R3 so much. At least allow me to toggle sprint with a single click, rather than making me push down AND forward the whole time I'm sprinting.
...for a Gamecube or XBLA game. :o
BTW, whoever was playing this, had no clue how to use the WiiMote...I got dizzy watching them try to aim. 0_o
Heavenly Sword was a launch title, so what it did manage to sell, was largely due to there not being much to choose from on the PS3 in the first year. Enslaved going multiplatform was a double edged sword: larger demographic...but much more competition as well. Couple that with the relative timing of it's release, compared to HS...5 years into this gen VS. 1st year of a console launch....and it's easy to see how the game got ignored somewhat.
...because Halo:CE sales haven't been tracked for YEARS, and it's been available as an XBOX Original download on the 360 for a few years now.

I stopped reading right there. Sony's not "leading" crap, in the online space. They've been playing catch-up to XBL since 2002 ; PS+ is their latest attempt to copy what MS has done.

The early buzz on this game all pointed to a much improved sequel, that fixed all the problems from the original. I didn't see a single negative preview in recent months, and initial reviews were very positive. Now, in the last few couple days, there's been a flood of really bad reviews, that pretty much mirror the ones for the first game.
I'm glad I didn't believe the hype and shell out $64.79 for this game....I'll pick it up used at GameStop, and return it f...

...I could trade in my copy of BO...that I bought used, for only $40...and get a brand new game, that I could return to Wal-Mart or Target as a "gift", for a gift card worth $64.79 (incl. tax). AWESOME!
