I agree, regardless of the general consensus of the game itself, FF rarely lets down when it comes to the music at least.
Sony literally funded and own the Bloodborne IP...?
How do Microsoft know all of this for facts? They don't have copies of the contracts between these Devs/pubs and Sony.
Nah, some here are convinced that in some universe because Starfield, ES6 didn't have platforms announced yet that somehow they'd just be exclusive to the lower userbase because reasons.
tldl; we are a smol 2 trillion company who can't compete unless we are allowed to buy swathes of the industry unopposed ;(
Sony have a few timed exclusive so pls let us lay our seeds for a monopoly of the gaming industry, pretty pls.
Acting like the two are equal doesn't make it so, how is doing this, something which Microsoft has done plenty of themselves clearly, in any way equivalent to dropping 70 billion on the largest 3rd party publisher?
Yet another complete false equivalency.
MS have increased prices of their games too. Also they haven't released a SINGLE series X only game yet? And even when they do they have to cater for the much weaker series S.
Damn, so you're telling me they asked 2100 Orchards's? Guess that makes more sense.
Performance really is the way to go, 30fps and heavy motion blur? No thank you.
It being a popular system does not excuse it from receiving legitimate criticism, lots of things in this world are popular, does that excuse shortcomings? No
@Sgt
N64 and GC had solid libraries, but they were absolutely dominated by the PS1 and 2, it's not just because of the format, but looking back it was a pretty genius move that helped both systems have an extremely strong lineup of games and 3rd party support.
N64 and GC are great systems, but selling only 20-30 million of them during those gens is not good and sold several times less than the competitionm by no means complete failures, but we can'...
I'll try to reserve judgement but when did the fanbase want a crash MP game like this? Some kind of moba? No doubt F2P riddled with battlepasses and MTs is most likely what we'll get.
With the tired old pOrTaBiLiTy reasoning.
And now Phil is trying to covince everyone they are a smol player who can't compete unless they are allowed to swoop up the 3rd party industry unnapposed :(
This is an old article and not really relevant given the most recent development.
More hilariously poor false equivalences lol.
They are too small to compete, therefore have nothing to show unless they are allowed to, without challenge spend dozens of billions on 3rd party publishers.
'Sony fans love getting charged more'
Load of rubbish, can't find a single tweet or article about this game without the price being the elephant in the room from countless, and not just xbox fanboys that have interest to beging with, plenty of PS owners and fans of the series too, including myself.
Did Jim forget how Playstation became the big leading brand it is today? Not by shafting their primary console userbase like this, how can there not be price parity on first party games across platforms? Absolutely ridiculous.
1. The James Bond game is already coming to Xbox, why MUST it be an exclusive and how would that magically make it better? Where is the logic in this?
2. Those games aren't remotely popular on Xbox, the only reason some of them were ported over is because MS dropped a fat stack of cash on their desk to put some on gamepass, if they weren't given for pennies xbox players wouldn't bat an eye and Sega would be pissing their money in to the wind.
