Rockstar has nobody but themselves to blame. Releasing a year after consoles, launch bugs, one month Epic exclusivity deal are all things that Rockstar has the power to change next time around. Another point I would mention, is that it is pretty clear that RDR2 was not liked by the fans as much as the first game, so there's that too.

I figure that the RTX 2080 Super will beat next gen consoles in performance. This is because I believe that the RDNA2 NAVI GPU that the consoles will be using will be a modified version of the RX 5700 or RX 5700 XT, with hardware excelerated ray tracing, which will be an equivalent to either the RTX 2060 Super(compared to the RX 5700) or the RTX 2070 Super(compared to the RX 5700 XT). This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it will be good to finally find out what the next consoles are us...

I'm looking forward to giving it a go on my Blackberry Key One.

I think the people at Xbox assume that most people with a sufficient I.Q. can figure out what their latest and greatest console is.

This game has the same graphical style, and it looks like you're supposed to fight your way up a tower, just like Quantum Theory.

Not to mention their 1.5 billion population. Gotta wonder if they've ever heard of a jimmy hat over there.

I think the author is ignorant to some facts regarding electricity. Some jurisdictions use Hydro Electric Dams to generate electricity, which is the greenest form of power generation there is. other jurisdictions use Nuclear Energy, which is also a very green way to generate electricity over coal and natural gas.

Wind and solar is also used for generating electricity, which is supposed to be green, but both forms of electricity generation are really inefficient, since they...

To these people, you're supposed to have nothing, and I mean nothing. You could have an electric car, live in a small apartment condo, have no kids, be a vegetarian, recycle, compost....and it still wouldn't be good enough. This is because, to the elites at the United Nations and in other super-national bodies like the European Union, this isn't about a climate crisis, it's about control. The people writing articles are basically just 'useful idiots', who think they...

Yeah, reality. You should observe what's going on around you sometime.

These climate change extremists will not stop until we are all living in 3rd world conditions.

- they don't want people taking showers because of water usage (the excuse is that it interferes with our 'natural biome')
- they want to eliminate soap, because it goes into the drain, out into the ocean
- they don't want people driving cars at all (even electric cars)
- they want people to eat insects as a form a protein instead of meat...

Revolutionary by console standards. SSDs have been available in PCs for almost 10 years now.

Actually, there are still a lot of people playing on the 360 also. Whenever I play any of the old Gears games, or Call of Duty games, I always ask what system the people that I'm playing with are on, and most of the time, they're playing on the 360. B/C has definitely breathed a lot of life back into the old 360.

They probably understand that their open world formula is boring, and that all of their games feel similar. At least one can hope that this is the reason.

I agree. Essentially, the next gen consoles, while powerful, will still lag far behind higher end PC hardware by a lot. The RTX 2080 TI can't even play RDR2 at 4K/60 on max settings, and the PS5 and Xbox will be running what I believe will be the equivalent to the RX 5700 XT, which is around 30% less powerful at reference clock speeds.

Before next gen consoles launch next year, we will also be getting NAVI 2.0 (big Navi) and Nvidia 3000 series cards, which should put e...

Utter nonsense. Perhaps Randy should consider what it costs to build a powerful console, which can be sold at an affordable price. If you want Moore's Law, then get into PC gaming, and problem solved.

I think they should totally hold off on this for the PS5 release, since the PS5 needs to have a good launch exclusive, and as of this point in time, nothing has really been announced for the PS5 launch.

Yeah, the price is pretty steep, but the cost to buy the RTX 2080 TI, which is in this PC, is $1,200.00+ alone. And then you have a 16 core processor, which is extremely powerful. The better value would be to buy the new consoles together though, I agree.
