Microsoft is actually heavy into the VR business on their platform....it's called Windows 10.
I havent seen any PS4 exclusives, other that Uncharted 4, that i'm personally interested in. Sony has abandoned almost every franchise of theirs that I used to love playing on PS3. On the other hand I have enjoyed Gears 4, Halo 5 and Quantum Break. Different strokes for different folks.

Ghost of Tsushima, I have no real interest in. The Order 1886 was a very poor reviewing game, which I'm not interested in and Days Gone doesn't appeal to me either.
So basically, almost everything that made Sony great in the past, has pretty much been abandoned during the PS4 generation, and yet the PS4 sold like hotcakes. On the Xbox side of things, I didn't spend much time on the 360 last gen, and liked what PS3 was...

I agree with what you are saying. Although, I have been disappointed with Sony in a major way throughout this entire generation. From my perspective, they have done the worst job with managing some of their most beloved franchises from the PS3/PSP generation.

Look at the results for the DS4 when wired, which is the way you'll be playing most of the time anyway, since the battery life is pathetic. The Xbox One battery pack is on a completely different level, making the actual comparison between the DS4 when wired and Xbox One controller when wireless, the actual real life comparison, over say a 16 hour period of play time.
Would you go to China and call out games that they create which have a default Chinese male character? Or Japanese games where they might have a default Japanese male character? Or games made in India, where the lead might be an Indian male? Why would you call out companies in majority Caucasian countries like the USA, Canada, U.K. and Australia, for having Caucasian lead characters if that is what the majority of the population is?

At least name a game that people have heard of. Culdcept probably didn't make it over because nobody cares about that game. Before b/c rolled out, there was voting on Microsoft's website, asking fans what games they'd like to see made backwards compatible, and over 400 games made it onto the list. Most were popular games, but there are many obscure games that I was surprised to see on the list.
By the way, Soul Caliber 1 & 2 are on the list. It's funny h...

What you just said about 360 backwards compatibility is totally false and dumb. Which games of any consequence are not playable? I have roughly 60 b/c titles on my Xbox One, all with working online infrastructure, and with populated servers depending on the popularity of the game. You can voice chat, send messages and add friends while playing b/c games, and open the old Xbox 360 dashboard while in-game.

Nobody has the infrastructure that is anywhere on par with what Xbox has built this generation. Nobody has the software support that Xbox brings, nobody supports backwards compatibility like Xbox, and Xbox has lead the way with cross-platform Live service support and crossplatform game support, across Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, PC and iOS/Android.

Yikes! This is why a download service is essential, to give people the choice. The only way I would consider streaming, is if I were to be travelling without having a PC, laptop or games console handy.
Crazy how Dr.Disrespect was left out of the nomination for best content creator. Nothing compares to what he's doing in that space.
I think people should see how the fans voted in the Metacritic User Score. That says more about the game than anything. Death Stranding winning GOTY at The Game Awards is going to be a total mafia inside job by Geoff Keighley. He runs the awards show, is good friends with kojima and made a cameo appearance in the game. The results have already been decided folks!
I agree, and I'm sure that Geoff Keighley's cameo in the game probably helps in that regard.

Exactly, just what games are they playing...Arms? Really though, there is not much that is great on that platform other than Super Mario Odessey, BotW, Mario Cart and although I'm not sure if it's out yet, Smash Bros. I haven't been looking at the software charts for some time, but have any of their games, outside of the ones I just mentioned, been at the top of the charts?
