you're getting rid of collection to get the collection in the same package as the ulitmate edition which is exactly like the regular ulitmate edition that everyone else can get except it includes the collection?

how is this a slap in the face when you already bought the collection? this bundle includes everything the ultimate edition offers + the collection. how would you be missing out? if anything the collection was meant for those who never jumped into the GoW series to catch up. it's better that you got the collection first so when III comes out, you'll be primed and ready.

no, i bought the 3 disc playstation version thank you very much. why? because at the time there was only 1 version available (and don't bring up the pc port because that came later). that's not the case today now is it?

by the initial entry price. it's like any scam. they sucker you in with low low prices and gouge you with price add-ons and fees later to make the up the difference. microsoft is in it for profit (like every business out there), but they make it cool to nickel and dime while their zombie fans follow blindly without complaint.
