What's the problem with shutting down the PC? Why is the extra seconds of booting up a PC such a chore for some people anyway?
I mean it's a PC (I'm referring to a desktop). Let it take its time to boot up while yo made yourself comfy, get a cup of coffee and turn off the phone. Why the rush?
I do download files all the times and even more so with Steam's Summer Sale just around the corner...
It's funny that they (the major publishers, developers event organizers ) shun the PC and yet when the time comes for them to show off their spanking brand new engines...they turn to the PC to show their engine at the highest resolution and fullest effect in real time and hope no one would ask what that's GTX680-powered PC doing under their booth's table. Kinda stating the obvious isn't it? Any electronic devices can and will be hacked. Of course it will require Skynet to actually hacked into a whole nation worth of UAVs and control them at the same time while assessing the battlefield like what CoDBO2 showed.

I do feel the Autolog a bit too naggy for its good. It keeps asking for this and that all the time. Even the simple task of getting into a game or exiting is such a chore with Autolog asking...questioning...your every move...like a jealous woman.

Now that I think about it, I have to step back from condemning CoD:MW franchise for being cut-and-paste product anymore. At least it only has several sequels using the same engine/assets. The Unreal 3 engine instead has a whole library of games (that outnumber the CoD:MW sequels) that rehashes the same assets among each other.
