The article writer is correct.
RAGE looks excellent but doesn't have a lot of shit going on in the environments.
KZ3 has all the snow effects, the explosions, the particles, everything is happening at once to produce the feeling that you are in a war.
Both games look good but technically Killzone 3 I guess trumps RAGE.
I have changed my opinion from a couple of days ago where I said that RAGE was technically better.
It's been shown side by side with Fable II and there have been graphical improvements.
Lionhead is working harder on making a better inventory system which I saw and think is fantastic.
Not everything is about graphics. This game looks better than Demon's Souls but I don't hear anyone on the PS3 side criticizing that game.
The x-clamps were only the end result of overheating. The x-clamps themselves are not a design flaw. The overheating causes x-clamps to fall off, but if Microsoft has created a better-cooled SKU with more air-flow, then the x-clamp issue will decrease.
"I'm positive the newer 360's have a much lower fail rate, I'm actually quiet positive it's less than 10, but this shouldn't be something to rejoice about it."
Why isn't it something to rejoice about?
I don't understand your logic. Microsoft finally got off its ass and did something but you're still hating on them. That's not fair at all. If they don't do anything, you hate them. If they do something about...
Lmao. In another thread you were saying, "Who cares about custom soundtracks? Only the core features matter."
Well, to me, the game's art style and character voice are core aspects of a game. So I think people have a valid reason to care.
Maybe they should sue Edge Magazine as well. Or that guy named The Edge from U2.
Aw snap, my shades just fell off the edge of my table. Uh-oh. I better get a lawyer.
Don't judge a man based on that.
He said in an interview with Game Informer in 2004 that he was really excited about gaming - so excited that he would voice every single idea that came to him for the purpose of committing himself to making sure that idea made it into the game. However, as he said, his studio spends a lot of time trying to integrate those ideas into their game only to realize that they fundamentally do not work or take too much time to do.
I thought they said something about Kinect being involved with Fable 3. So, if that's true, then that's one thing they haven't kept their promise for.
Edit: although, Peter doesn't really promise much. He just mentions ideas and if they work he'll use them and if they don't, they will be dropped.
That's a start. Voice commands shouldn't cost 150 bucks but one day I hope they're standard with any major electronic. Like in the film Minority Report where Tom Cruise's character enters his home and says, "Lights" and the lights turn on.
It will be pretty cool to live in a world where you don't need buttons for simple tasks. For gaming, I guess we'll still need buttons but for the complex movements and attacks, but Microsoft can push K...
Hallmark, you're a hypocrite. You personal opinions based on your 360 fanboyism are equally worthless as any PS3 fanboy's opinions.
Selj, I agree this shouldn't get approved. I wonder, however, if you would approve of an article titled, "PS3 stomps all competitors" or "Sony the best company ever."
4 bubbles...
evilblackcat, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this thread is now dumber for having read it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
No, I'm not Soda. My name stands for system of a down. I don't know what his name stands for. Nice try, though.
Why did you choose to create an account 3 days ago after years of silence?
Well, these are what betas are for. People shouldn't spread FUD about a game that's glitching on its beta run. The developers are going to iron out the bugs.
fun game, terrible graphics. This game looks like it could be on the wii.
there is a poke'mon MMO on the net. It was put together by a bunch of enthusiasts. It's pretty cool. All the cities from the games are connected together.
"Looks like he is trying to be a somebody in this games industry & failing miserably lol :D "
Kind of like you and your website.
Oh, wait. Hiphopgamer actually gets invited to press events and talks to developers.
No.
Sam Fisher, if you don't like the Fable series, then what the fuck are you doing in this thread? Are you just here to spread FUD and talk shit about a game you don't even like or have any interest in?
If you want to be shown anything, do your own fucking research and read the fucking interviews with Lionhead about the game. I'm not your fucking servant.
