I think u prob mean OCD - obsessive compulsive!

I have a few classics hoarded: Snes era Zelda (complete with unopened secrets booklet), Probotector, Perfect Dark, and mint cond.limited edition versions of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. Still got my snes and n64 on display in my games room too. Classics of videogaming history deserve to be kept and venerated!

That is a loooong wait, but this is one game that I really want to be right and perfect so Ueda can take his sweet time. No pressure dude!

I do wonder if this will be a big seller for Sony, hopeful word of mouth stirred up by Ico and SoTC will ensure more people buy this. For me, day 1 fo sho.

Emerson's Green, Longwell Green and Patchway?? WTF? For a start Emersons and Longwell are a stone's throw from each other, and secondly all 3 are miles from the centre! I'd have thought Asda Bedmo, Broadmead and Cribbs would have been the best bet. Marketing muppets...

Not that I give a hoot cos I'm getting it day 1 anyway through shopto. Mint.

I'm getting Move for my PS3 the same week, so I think I might skip Reach for a few weeks. I'm shocking myself by saying that, but I'm just not as bothered by this as I was by Halo 3. Halo 3 was what made me buy an xbox for gawd's sake!
I dunno, Reach hasn't grabbed me yet (pardon the pun), but I'm hoping a mate will get it so I can see what it's like.
As for pricing - I'm betting Asda will be your best bet for the first couple of days, then S...

Looks to me like when Team Ico actually release The Last Guardian they are going to have a MASSIVE seller on their hands. And judging on their last two games it will be well deserved. I still can't believe Ico sold so badly...

Sony - time to start telling people about this awesome game please!

Was this article written by a three-year old? Seriously, if you're gonna be a journalist or blogger, learn the basics of your chosen language first.
On topic - there are always going to be morons who can't distinguish between reality and fantasy in any medium. Games are undoubtedly more immersive than films or books, which may lead to more extreme cases, but it's only ever about the tenuous grip these people have on the real world.

I try to finish most games, or at least the story-driven parts - like in Just Cause 2, I finished the main campaign (which was weirdly short), but still have a ton of side-missions to complete. Well done to the guy up there who platinumed it!

I think this recent phenomenon of gamers not finishing games comes down to three things:

1. Games are getting longer, and their structure is changing (e.g. sandbox games like Just Cause) which means their is less foc...

Zavvi have it even cheaper in their Mega Mondays - I picked it up for £17.95, about $27.50. Personally, I thought the game was ok and enjoyable enough, but it was pretty formulaic. You could tell it had been in production along time, it just felt quite 2004 to me. And it was waaaay too easy with barely any bosses. However the storyline was decent.

It says the 'full game' of Fable II is free. Just queued it for downloading, though I'm expecting it to be a demo. Def says full game though?!? WTF?

I think I'm going to be spirited away by this game.

Dying is all part of the learning process. Half the satisfaction of this game is learning where enemies and traps are, and figuring out the most efficient way of defeating them without getting hurt. Each run through you'll get a bit further, until eventually you get through the level in one life. Then you'll reach the boss and... die some more...

Plus there are shortcuts in most of the levels you can open up to save you running all thr way through them every time. ...

Man, I put 60 hours in to my first run through, and I still haven't finished it! It's not that I even suck that bad, I just like taking my time and exploring. I'm in the UK and was playing on the US servers, so there were rarely any people to play co-op or PVP with, so I have bought the UK version in the hope that more people will be on line at the same time as me.

I'm not even bothered about finishing the adventure with my all-round Wanderer (soul level 80...

I've still got my both my copies of Ico and SoTC, both mint condition with all the art cards and everything. I've always held on to them despite not even owning a PS2 anymore, and even when I coulda got £60 for them when I really needed the money. They are simply masterpieces of gaming and I couldn't bring myself to part from them.

I would definitely buy them again on bluray, I don't care if they tidy the graphics up just as long as the image is clearer...

Never played the first, and even hated the demoof the sequel the first go. But I went back to it a few times over the weekend and I have now played it for quite a few hours. And that's the DEMO!
Seriously, once you have the controls nailed it gets super-awesome. I spent an hour the other night (once I'd done the demo glitch to suspend the timer) just having mid-air battles with armed choppers. I also managed to find a little plane flying around and did my first plane-to-plane hijack. ...

Pretty poor journalism, they couldn't even get the basic facts right. The review also barely mentions the sheer SCALE of the maps (Atacama Desert is HUUUGE!) or the massive number of different vehicles. The best thing about this game is - if you get bored battling on foot, jump in a helicopter, man a UAV, blow stuff up with a tank, race around on a quad bike or storm the beaches in a jet ski. It's crazy how many ways there are to play, either up close or at a distance. I love it! Now if EA co...

It's only been 12 hours, if you seriously feel like you're "gonna kill sum1" then you really need to question the priorities in your life. Get a beer and calm the hell down. Maybe pick up a book? Life ain't over yet.

Just sayin'.... :)

Heart pounding stuff. Though they presumably can't slap 'Actual game footage' on it? Shame.
Still, it's got my tent rising in anticipation of Friday ( us poor Brits have to wait til March 5th). Oh yeah!

This move will mak GAME the primary high street stockier in the UK, meaning they will hike their prices up even more. They already charge way above the odds. I understand they have more overheads than an online retailer, but they give you no reason to buy in their stores - staff are generally unhelpful and incompetent. None of the display machines are ever working, and they pay peanuts for trade-ins which they sell on for 90% of the value of a new game.

What baffles me is how th...
