I might be wrong, but wasn't this a typo? And in fact it was £64 a month on Xbox 30 generally, whether boxed games, XBLA, DLC, films or whatever? How could anyone possibly find enough content to buy £64 a month?? I consider myself to be pretty typical of there demographic (I'm 30, full time employed, have a social life) and I rarely spend more than a couple of quid on XBLA each month. I probably buy a game a month, and maybe rent a game a month too. That's it.

A lot of games have been ditching the typical friday release and going for a Tuesday or Wednesday in the past few years, I guess to make the first week sales look a little better? Who knows. I don't see why we Europe should have to wait those extra few days.

I think it's incredibly interesting, but unless the prices of the hardware and software reflect the fact that you will only ever be renting games, effectively, then it will bomb. Digital sales need to be priced competitively against retail or people will just buy new and sell, or buy second hand.

Totally with you on this. As a sniper, your number one target is other snipers. I don't play it much any more, but I don't recall Bad Company 2 having loads of players roaming all over the map one-shotting people with sniper rifles. You tend to set up camp in a decent spot, take out people on turrets and watch for other snipers.
But Brink looks like a close-quarters game mostly so I'm sure the sniper class won't be missed.
