Armored Core 6 supports 120+ fps. It isn't like From doesn't know.
I love the visuals and I think they look absolutely great. Games don't need GPU breaking lighting models in order to be fun.
Bringing my gaming PC down stairs and hooking it up to my entertainment center was a game changer for me. I rarely touch my PS5 anymore and I really only consider buying games for PC.
For a Quake 1 remake a complete overhaul of episodes 2-4 would be necessary IMO. I mean like, scrapping a lot of levels and starting over.
It is pretty non-forgiving compared to DS3. In DS2 if you don't have enough Stamina for an action you don't do the action -- in DS3 and Elden Ring if you have 1 stamina point it will let you do whatever you want basically. It is really hard to adjust to this difference.
Also, I think it is the Adaptability stat that I forgot to put any points into nearly 30 levels into the game and I feel like I'm currently hosed.
Incels are funny. Lol "woke". Get a life.
Your audience here is mostly children who can't afford video games anymore on their parent's $20 allowances.
For me, biggest improvement by far: Elden Ring now gets a consistent 55-60fps in the DLC areas on performance.
Why would anybody buy this when there is basically zero future software planned for it? Sony messed this one up when they decided to stick to a cord and not figure out a wireless solution. Hate to say it but Meta makes the better headset.
I've heard that despite it being OLED it doesn't have typical OLED response times and there is some ghosting/pixel persistence issues. Have you experienced that?
I love articles like this that talk on and on and on about something and never link to it. Fuckers. This site sucks for promoting garbage.
I'm happy that it has the easier to use bow of Sigma 2. The awful bow mechanics are what made me give up on Ninja Gaiden Black.
I try to complete games these days, and am actually completing more games in my 40s than I was in my 30s or even 20s. My main thing is to not stress and to move on when a game isn't hitting me right anymore or I'm just tired of the game play. If I'm playing an open world game I severely limit the amount of side-questing to 1/10 or 1/5 side quests so that I don't get burned out like I did with Ghost of Tsushima.
Yeah, I think so too. Probably about $400.
Did people find Ghost of Tsushima hard?
Picked this up last year and now kinda wish I waited for PC. Graphics are kinda rough on PS5.
DF has consistently reported on their YouTube channel that new PS5 games requires it.
I'm fine with collect-a-thons so long as there is an actual platforming challenge to overcome in collecting the thing. Those are fun. I feel like Odyssey had such a mix of interesting to collect moons compared to just moons on the ground you grab -- they could have done a lot better.
Astro Bot and Odyssey both shine for different reasons. I agree with you on the interactivity immersion of Astro Bot -- but the skill wall of Mario's move set, for me, makes it a bit mo...
It is thought of as launching along-side the Switch, especially considering it came out before the first holiday season.
Options are fine. I'm someone who after having Game Pass for 2 years (as it came bundled with my Series X), I found that I really did not utilize it fully. I'd rather just own the games outright even if it means buying a few games that I don't get into.
