It is a fun game, I tend to panic when playing online and end up button mashing but it doesnt do me any good at all.
Still with online mode and arcade mode the game doesn't have that much to offer once you have played through arcade mode 10 or more times, i expected the arcade mode to be a lot longer, 6 fights and then a boss was a bit underwhelming.
I agree with you, but I am not going to buy bulletstorm based on a 5minute demo. At least with killzone i got to play a whole mission and test out the multiplayer. It was not AMAZING but it was decent, hopefully now that BS is out in the US we get some good opinions coming in!
Still waiting to see a BulletStorm review before buying into any of its hype, hopefully we will get some today but if not then you have to wonder why not. The demo was pretty fun but i dunno if i could go a whole game of the same thing!
I'd rather know first so i can work out if i can get from work to wherever it is in time for it starting or close to them rather than get there late or apply and take a place up and not make it. But cheers anyway.
Where exactly in Glasgow is this taking place?
Seth likes to think he is Mr SOCOM. In reality he has taken the best shooter on PS2 and ruined it time after time, im sure socom4 will be just as bad.
The majority of game players are adults with the average age being 35. http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...
Where are the children in the advert?
Ive had Black Ops since saturday and its MILES ahead of the mess that was MOH online!
At least in this my spwans change and i am not sniped literally as soon as i spawn like what was happening in MOH.
Red Dead Redemption : GTA on horses, no innovation
GoW3: No innovation
Starcraft 2: HD version of Starcraft from 10 years ago.
They are all great games but none of them do anything new, black ops doesnt do much new either but its a really fun game. You cant give only high scores to innovative games, black ops does very little wrong.
What a troll,
"by the way it was only a joke we are friends lol"
My friend called me a cunt once, i didnt take it to the internet, write a stroy about and then say "its OK we are friends lol" at the end.
Wow, who proof reads these things?
"Although sometimes it may make you want to THROUGH your mouse/keyboard/controller/remo te/move/wii/tv/grandma out a window in frustration."
THROW.
I think what call of duty does now that its not innovating anything but its a pretty fun game and itll last you a fair while with its online play.
At least black ops is adding some new game modes, granted they are not reinventing the wheel but it looks like a decent game, it wont deserve the 10/10 it will inevitably get but its does more right than it does wrong. Fans of the series will enjoy a change of scenery and others will just enjoy the game for what it is.
How on earth can it get B/A+ ? surely its B/A-
Still worrying that there is little to NO multiplayer info at all, for a game that relies heavily on the multiplayer community they should be releasing more info.
I am still happy to buy it, a metascore of 75 is decent, and a lot of my favourite games past and present have been games that didnt get anywhere near 10/10.
APB truly was a disaster, at least like i mentioned in other posts star wars has a loyal fanbase which basically means there is no chance it will go the way of APB no matter how bad it is.
A lot of this depends what you regard a failure, if they are expecting WoW levels of subscriptions (12 million) it will be a failure, if they are aiming for around 1 million it will probably be a success. I enjoyed Star Wars Galaxies and i know everyone i used to play that with will at least be trying this game since the Galaxies is such a mess nowadays. Star wars carries a large fanbase that even should this fail it could probably trundle along for a good few years making a steady but small ...
Just because you do not like MMO's does not mean there isnt a market for them. I personally love them and outside WoW there is very little worth playing now. Star Wars galaxies showed that there is a hunger for a decent star wars MMO, if bioware can deliver this then with an IP like star wars the game could stay live for well over a decade making them money whereas a single player game comes out once and thats it.
SOCOM does not need more players, 8v8 is how SOCOM works best, as a non respawn game at heart there is no need for more.
