@BOOM Epic stated earlier that the Samaritan would be running on tablets and phones by 2014. Hell the Wii u will probably be able to run it by then! Also in that same article Epic stated that the real beast is Unreal 4 and that it would make the Samaritan look "Feeble".

2) Have you seen the Samaritan video? That's what the next Box/Ps4 are gonna be like. It makes Uncharted and Gears look like a Wii game. If the Wiiu can't beat those two games now, what chance does have against the future?
Yeah but this is a dual gpu set up. Thats what is exciting. Dual 7000s optimized to the hilt is gonna be a beast. It'll be able to keep pace with pc for the next 5-6yrs just like the 360 did. I also would think this would have to make the new box more than 6x more powerful than the 360 as was reported earlier.

I wish the three console makers would each head in their own direction. It would be nice if you could get a totally different experience on each system. To me there's not enough difference between Xbox and PS3, except the games that release on them. It sucks to own 2 consoles just for the exclusives. Isn't obvious? The game is cool and all, but is it really worth $15? I think the lack of sales says no! Most arcade games are over priced. $5-$7 is more than plenty for these types of games. Kind of funny how this never occurs to the author. That shows how "normal" it is for a company to charge such a ridiculous price for a mini game.

Its all about the zombies. I bought all of the zombie maps and I don't even like call of duty MP. Treyarch knows its Nazi Zombies is a mega hit thats why they embedded the MP map packs with the Zombie Maps. They would never sell them separately, because people would just buy the one zombie map and not spring the whole 1200 pts for the map pack.
I agree with ya some what. I really dont want a design change as much as a quality change. The thumb pad is total garbage and needs to be fixed. I wouldnt mind loosing the battery pack and just use a internal battery like PS. The sticks need to be a lot tighter, theres too much free play with them. Even on a new controller. For one, companies shouldn't try and bend the market to their will. They don't seem to understand that the whole reason the used game market exploded over the last 10yrs is a direct result of a broken price model. If you force every consumer to pay a full 60 or 70 bucks on every game they get a urge to play, then your transforming a impulse buy into a more informed and discreet buy. Game sales would plummet. How about they expand their company, hire more people to get things out the door. Seems as though Valve can only work on one project at a time. Why not hire in some more talent and get a couple of in house groups together that can get projects finished. Take a look at what Naughty Dog is doing, they managed to divide into two teams to work on two separate Ips and the quality of their games doesn't appear to have taken a hit!
I wouldn't put all my faith in this rumored graphic card configuration. AMD themselves said the next box would have avatar like graphics. Even with extreme optimization I doubt this card would even come close to this. Now it was also rumored the new box would run some sort of dual gpu. Perhaps 2 of the these chips running fully optimized could pull this off. It's pretty simple. Their waiting on the next gen announcement. I believe Carmack said in a different interview a while back that Doom 4 was a next gen game. When MS drops the curtain later this year, I'll bet we start to see some info.
There was an article out not to long ago asking fans what they think Rocksteady should work on next. TMNT was my choice as their next project. I think if they took the turtles in the same dark and gritty direction as they did Batman, added with their supreme take on combat, Rocksteady would have a instant success.

This goes beyond used games at gamestop. Like my house hold, for instance, has 3 xboxs. One for me and one for each of my boys. Something like this would keep me (a person who buys a game new)from letting my son take it upstairs to his room and play it. Not to mention I grew up swapping games with my friends. I don't agree with gamestops practices, but you cant fix the problem by strangling the consumers options.

This is a good thing. More publishers need to think this way, particularly those dealing with licensed games based on movies. May be then we would could get a decent game with a movie tie in.
I don't understand why you would limit your game sales by not going multiplat. If they want to concentrate on pc thats fine, but to leave out any potential buyers is crazy! I mean if it only sold 10 copies on LIVE, thats 10 copies your not gonna sell now.
