I really don't understand why sony fans insist that their ps3 is light years ahead of the X360 and yes some are even delusional in thinking that the ps3 is better than a "Gaming PC."
True the cell has higher top speed but remember that it is still a single core processor that has to wait for each instructions. People forget that the cpu in X360 is triple-core not single like the cell and there is dual thread EACH core. So where as the cell has 7 to work with, the X3...
First off, nice list. Now some of those games won't see the light of day, at least on the X360, this gen. You played it safe and only mentioned EXCLUSIVES while missing some.
Not every developer can wait and release titles on other platforms as they do not have the cashflow like Square and Konami. They need to get their product out fast so they can make money.

The difference with Enchanted Arms and Eternal Sonata is that they are solely made by Namco and From Software respectively. Infinite Undiscovery was a JOINT venture by Microsoft and Tri-Ace so that title won't come to another console. Now SO4 could, but the relationship that Tri-Ace and Microsoft have, it doesn't look likely that it will be on another console.
Nice list but RE5 is X360 bound as well and I wouldn't count out some of the other titles as the word EXCLUSIVE isn't what it is anymore.
You do realize that the cell is still a SINGLE CORE? Keep fooling yourselves but a decent dual core pc cpu will eat the cell in ALMOST every category. The cell in the ps3 anyway is ONE POWERPC WITH 8 SPE'S. ONE IS DISABLED TO PRODUCE MORE YIELD AND ONE IS RESERVED FOR SYSTEM OS. Don't even get me started on the cache size. This is a reversal of last gen except that Microsoft ISN'T smoking the competition unlike the ps2 which pretty much ran away from the severely lagging X and N.
But if you look at last gen, it was third party that helped vault sony waay over their competitors even when competing against Nintendo with Mario, Metroid and Zelda and with Microsoft with Halo, Ninja Gaiden, MechAssault and Fable.
Of those games, how many of them are out or even out this year confirmed? Maybe MS is downsizing because they want to buy a company like EA or SE or SegaSammy or Capcom and by having what they have and buying them would inflict anti-trust issues and by having a clean slate they can go from there? You never know but I do agree that does suck to close down a legendary studio.
I agree with the above poster. This seems to be a desperation move by google and I think them branching out like this will be their downfall. They are basically dumping the problem on the manufacturer. We don't want to deal with it, let them take care of it. Either which way you can't win them all. sony does make a lot of stuff and not everything they make are going to be HIGH quality.
