I love my Zune too. I have the 4gb mini and it rocks. Especially since firmware 3.0. I've had many shuffles and 1 2gb nano and 1 30gb video and while they are good products, I HATE and LOATHE itunes/quicktime software as it is the worst. Works ok on a mac, but then it should. The only thing I like the ipod for is that you can use it as a mass storage device, the only feature missing from Zune.

That is one power pc chip with 6 spe's. The cell is still a SINGLE CORE processor. The X360 has three individual power pc cores that multi-thread so it has 6 threads to process data.
So in short you will be able to play XboxNext games on the X360 hardware with just dumbed down visuals and maybe lack of Exclusive content. It is much like a pc but only 2 options instead of a bunch. True they will need to up the ante of the optical disc or maybe sell games bundled part on disc and part on USB3.0 thumbdrive. First of all Lightning is correct. Pricing is a big factor. Look at the Wii. Xbox stats with motion control for 250 and it is obliterating the competition. If it sold for 300, it would not have done as well so pricing plays an important role.

Yeah I agree on 64 bit support. Oct. 2037/8 is going to creep up on us and by then 32 bit will be obslete. Why wait for last minute when we can migrate now and be better prepared for the future. I think though that a lot of it falls on Intel's shoulders as they are hesitant in leaving the 32 bit arena. When Intel fully supports 64 bit, I think it would be safe to assume that the next windows will be 64 bit native.
