*Gasp* God forbid having to swap a disk or two. Are you really that lazy? It certainly isn't an inconvenience to me. With wireless controllers and all, it doesn't hurt getting up once in a while and working a muscle or two. As long as the game is good, I don't really give a crap what format it's on.
It aggravates me when people cry racism. If it was a black killing a white, it'd be OK. Do you think Al Sharpton or Rev. Jesse Jackson would cry foul if a black was killing a 3rd world village of whites? Of course not. It's called reverse racism aka a double standard, and it's getting old. It's always a different story when a white is the underdog, and that in itself is racist.
They'll blow it. It's Ubisoft, king of buggy games. They have great ideas, but they don't execute them very well. In my opinion, anyway. I love the show, but as soon as I saw that Ubisoft was tied to it, I lost hope.
It's still odd how it only happens to certain people. I've had mine for 8 months with no problems at all *knocks on wood*, even playing it in the hot summer heat (no A/C). I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I've played it just about every day since. I have friends on my friends list that seem to leave theirs on 24/7 and they haven't complained of any problems.
Any way you look at it, this is just Microsoft for you. Their QA blows. But I'm going to enjoy my 360 until the end reg...
Why is MGS4 on 360 such a threat to PS3? Why try so hard to debunk the rumors and throw it in the Xfans' faces? As a fan, I'd think you'd want the game to succeed, despite what it came out for. The only purpose of this "news" is to stir up more dust over the subject. It's old. This is definitely not concrete proof if it ever will or not, but take it as you will. If it doesn't, it doesn't and if it does, it does. Either way, all factions will be enjoying some great games.
Don't get me wrong, I completely agree with you. He's wrong nevertheless. My point was in regards to his opinion that creating a game is more like “craftsmanship” than artistry. Creating a game takes a lot of hard work, both that of craftsmanship and artistry. To think that film can be art but not a video game is ludicrous.

Seriously though, he's only half wrong. In its simplest form, you have the graphic artists and musicians; these are the true artists. On the other hand you have the game programmers and writers that are telling their works of art what, when and how; these are the craftsman. Without one or the other, the art doesn't come to life. It IS art. He's just old and thinks art can't be interactive.
I'm trying not to judge the final product from a demo, but I was kind of disappointed with it. You don't get the sense of speed that NASCAR Thunder gave you, it seems there will only be 12-players allowed in an online race opposed to the 40 or so I kept hearing about, and the graphics didn't blow me away, not that it's important to me. I guess I was just expecting more. For it being the first NASCAR game on current gen consoles, you'd think EA would try a little harder.

Who actually cares about who's outselling what, other than diehard fanboys? As if it justifies your purchase or something. Or perhaps it's a case of big head syndrome over having what you think is the "best" and hoping the sales confirm it. In reality, nobody cares about what you have, whether it's the best or not. Just play what you have fun playing. As if crappy sales on anything I purchase is going to prevent me from enjoying it.

There's morons no matter where you go. The internet is full of them. You have to sort through a lot of their psycho babble on this site, even. YouTube is extremely bad. I've seen plenty on PS3 (lots of trash talkers on Fight Night, not to mention 99% of them look at your career before refusing to fight you because your rank is too high). Voice chat just makes it worse, and the 360 just happens to have the best setup for attention whores.
Any diehard RTS fan would agree that a keyboard and mouse is better than a gamepad, just as the same applies to most FPS. I personally had no trouble with C&C3 on 360. It actually gave me hope for Halo Wars. If I'm recalling correctly, they spent 6 months on the control alone (Halo Wars, that is). The you sucking bit was only a friendly gesture, my point being that just because someone can't get the hang of something doesn't mean it sucks.

I agree. Non-fans will bash its graphics, but I could care less. The graphics have never been jaw-dropping to me, but it definitely has its own artistic style, and that's what I like. The gameplay is where it really shines, however. It's important to Bungie as well, hence all the changes via patches over Halo 2's life cycle. For the most part, Bungie listens to its fan base.
