So it's not really DLC. It's part of the game but saying it's free 'DLC' to butter up people to future DLC packs. Marketing reverse psychology. **** load of premium content incoming. After all - EA have released hundreds of pounds of premium content on other series for day one.

Anyone else worried that, despite the 60fps news, we haven't seen it 'moving' yet? Isn't it out in 8-10 weeks? I would've thought that with this announcement, we'd be shown 'silky' gameplay at this stage.

I know Ubi have had a noticeable input to this with WD and AC but they aren't the only ones. If you're not running a top end PC, expect a lower level of graphics on a low end PC, similar for X1 and PS4 and if it's 'last gen' too, worse still.
I KNOW it's wrong that the benchmark platform is unclear and I know that the 'target' appearance can be misleading - but don't fall for it now until final release.

Delayed in MOST places. I've got retail. I didn't bother with MotoGP 14 (hated the demo) but really like Ride (less twitchy on stick control, maybe). Think it helps that it's off the shelf bikes with interesting courses rather than the standard race tracks in all games! BUT it's glitchy - and the delay will hopefully take out a few issues.

Haters hate while Driveclub owners enjoy. It's a brilliant arcade racer that did have a stormy start. I've been in from the beginning. Offline was good even then but has been tweaked now for the better.
For all the people that aren't playing for various reasons, there are plenty of people enjoying the game and support that Evolution have offered.
Yep...good shout...was great last gen and should be awesome this. But no mass changes to the controls please - liked twin stick/modifier system; felt 'natural'.
Yep. Very buggy. My rider's been chopped in half on the world events menus and it's crashed twice on me (needing a closure of the game and restart). Needs a patch or something... :(

Only interested if there's a good number of courses on realistic and fantasy side from release. None of this £150 of DLC on day one. Past EA TW games have become cash whores. Will wait and see. Shame...quite like a relaxing game from time to time...

'Early' for this DLC is a subjective statement - some people may argue that literal comment! I don't mind Rockstar - had plenty to do otherwise. Just saying..!

See above ... probably. If it's done as 'free DLC', it's attractive to punters. Write big, assess what punter will pay full price for and release chunks as DLC. With a freebie sweetener. Day and age of DLC at it's worst. Along with 'blue light sabre 99p', 'green light sabre 99p'...and on it goes.
