Quit exploring patch?
"Too much to find, must stop, can give up anytime BUT must just check out that planet over there..."
That's not a back log.
That's a back forest.
Maybe in the case of Duke Nukem Forever (Delayed)?
:)
Don't care when it goes 'Gold'...just hope it makes it's current release date.
But if they have to delay it to eradicate a game breaking bug or twenty, so be it. Rather they did that again, personally...
@Liqui1d
You're correct. My bad. So replace my Tracks comment with Tours and Liveries.
Either way, I think they'll lose support far quicker by effectively introducing regular micro transactions. Obviously people disagree.
Won't keep me for too much longer if it stays that way...luv the game but hate micro transactions.
They did...BUT I think it will start losing support if it goes down the route of multiple micro transactions. I loved season pass 1 and to me, it's what a season pass should be. Planned and documented content. And I would buy season pass 2 if it was similar. But I'm not going to go down the route of paying £3-4 for a couple of cars every month. And £8-10 for a new location every 4-6 months. Season pass 1 set a precedent.
That said, I want the developers to make mone...
I may be wrong but I believe they have already confirmed more tracks for 2016. Not sure if they are all city based (don't keep up with Facebook/Twitter feeds afraid) but hopefully we'll be getting on for double the tracks, possibly with wider variations (hinted elsewhere in the responses here). I am amazed that they haven't announced a £20-25 season pass with a couple of monthly cars and at least a couple of new locations included over 9-12 months. I'd be there.
...
Season pass has LONG finished. It was a published set of content that was all released by last July (? I think). Hopefully they will consider another season pass - I'm in if it's of similar content and quality. That said, they probably make more money at present from individual DLC...
Randomly generated .v. Procedurely generated?
Next hot topic...
The argument is whether an 'indie' game is worth the money.
Personally, I don't care whether a game's indie or corporate.
I'll buy games because I like what I see, think I'll enjoy them and think I'll get my monies entertainment value from them. NMS is no different.
I may be wrong...have been...but I live with those consequences.
Indie or corporate is irrelevant to those criteria. Buy what you want when you want!
With you there...
I'd like more random events. Just make the play through experience different each time. I like getting sidetracked from the main story line...
In two minds over this. Video didn't really help. Want to enjoy back to grass roots rallying but not sure it looks any different to some earlier generation rally games. Granted it may feel different...
And do they really have cars parked at the side of the route??!! :)
John...esmitty was talking about the other Uncharted's by comparison. Not trolling across platform.
Easy easy... ;)
Not having played U4, I think it's a bit unfair to compare with a remaster of a game written for a lower spec machine. If there's twice the animations, twice the draw distance and twice the onscreen physics (rice from the shot bags?) compared to U3 remaster, I'd take that over fps in this type of game.
Do remember that there's every chance the PS5 may run a remastered U4 at 60 (or 120!) fps! ;)
Not looking for an argument - kinda took your initial comment in th...
They never said it WOULD be 60fps. They said they'd target it. But it didn't make it for SP. I sure ain't holding it against them. Hardware limitation on platform. Certainly doesn't mean it will be a bad game. Me personally...huge fan of Uncharted but not getting swept up in the "best game ever" train before I play it. I'm fairly certain it will be at least a "good" or "very good" game though. Short time will tell...
Assume you aren't a PS4 owner. Big respect for not 'trashing'.
And power to gamers on every platform. All enjoy what YOU have...
I'd go back to it if I were you.
The handling is challenging but worth practising, the AI crashes out and is susceptible to pressure.
And loads of people play it, regardless of your friends list. I hope they stick with it and don't move on...
@Psychotica
Don't think that's a good comparison but if I had to pay an extra £5 for pineapple then I would forgoe pineapple for a lesser experience. If I was buying a hawaiian and it was an extra £5 for the pineapple, that's a rip off.
Like I said, I like a well planned season pass to games I like to play but they're few and far between. EVERYTHING from Ubi and EA seem to have them. They aren't always necessary and they most definitely aren't...
Acclaimed titles innovate. In 2d, 3d, in story, style, gameplay.
The statement is trash talk.
