I have that problem. Found that reducing the HDMI lead (to as short as possible between PS and TV) reduces it, but still happens occasionally...

Everyone knows the X is superior but until M&S pull their finger out and diversify their games, it's majority of software will be cross platform. See how so called parity works.
That said, PC2 has been announced as native 4K on X...so I could be wrong.
However, stated elsewhere, I wouldn't know resolution and pixel count of most releases but for interweb. As long as I enjoy a game, s'all I care about!
No fan boy - and want the X to succeed.
But I suspect that "X will have more games in native 4K" won't actually be true. PS already has the leap (albeit "indies"), suspect that most 3rd parties will be checkerboard on Pro and X and that while MS drag behind on exclusives, PS will continue to have more games added to the library that are less "processing" intensive that it can support in 4K (it's a far more diverse library of software).

Based on the current round of boring discussions about resolution and frame rates, it does look like Sony ushered in True 4K at 399. Seems like at least one native 4K game is the measure...
Personally, if the games are good, I wouldn't care less about resolution and frame rate. If it looks good and plays well IN MY VIEW, I'll enjoy it regardless. Wouldn't know what half the games native resolution were if I didn't read it on interweb...
There's a whole stream of games for the rest of this year that Sony didn't show because they are already out there in the trailer stakes. The ones shown at E3 cover Q1 2018. So next batch will cover the remainder of 2018. There's no shortage of software...they just haven't shouted from the roof about it.
