@Kavorklestein
You completely miss the point.
What if Sony walks in with 500 billion dollars? Does this completely one sided what if situation matter? And right now Capcom has choices. They aren't going to sell to the highest bidder just because of the highest bid. They are a business, not a product. If they could sell to a better Japanese company for not much less then they will and they can chose to so long as they aren't completely bankrupt. Sellin...
So, Witcher 3 has cloud processing. Ba dum tss.
I remember one of my favorite titles on PS3 was Warhawk and flying through the clouds was so amazing to me for the first time. It not only was aesthetically pleasing but it made some fun moments and surprise attacks as well as tricking people that were following me.
@Stapleface
So, the lack of talking about a XBox version makes you think they are going to make one? Okay. Hello Games has said only PS4 and PC. Sony said "exclusive console debut", which means console exclusive, as in only on their console, but also on PC. If it were a timed exclusive then they would have put "coming first to PlayStation" like they have before.
@torchic
Titanfall was always an exclusive when the public k...
So, this article is all the XBox's indie divisions head talking about the game, and confirming that there are still no plans for it coming to X1. Microsoft employees shouldn't be trying to lead developers into decisions over public statements. They are just trying to get Hello Games attention, because they're being ignored by them.
If it were a timed exclusive then Sony would have put "Coming first to PlayStation" like they always have. They put "ex...
Sony owns the Deep Down IP, I think, funded the project, and are working together with Capcom on the project.
Honestly, if anyone has the best chance to buy Capcom right now it is Sony because of their currently collaborating teams on Deep Down, and because they both coincide in Japan and it's drastically quicker to make plans with them or Nintendo than American companies such as Microsoft and EA.
Also..

@DonkeyWalrus
Oh, okay. I finally found a link about it.
But, still, Microsoft had nothing to do with the switch to a FPS Halo.
https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Halo was coming out on Mac and the trailer showed interactivity that RTS don't typically have like people getting in Banshees and Warthogs, AKA, they already rid of the RTS gameplay.
@chaosx
Heck. No.
Halo was never going to be like Myth. It was always going to be a first person game in its setting with multiplayer. They started the ideas and concepts of Halo after the Marathon trilogy, which was also a space game about an alien invasion that had online multiplayer. Halo is basically its spiritual successor.
Halo was already well into development, and was already seen before Microsoft bought the rights to the game.
Customers are supposed to not put money down so easily.
And, no ones given them a chance to actually fix this for people. He just quotes part of the pre-order agreement.
They just released an official "trainer" that people already made for this >_>
You don't bid on shares.

Share sale:
Almost all private Japanese companies have a provision in their articles of incorporation requiring approval of the board of directors for transfer of shares. This means that the board of the target company must approve the acquisition, in addition to the board of the seller. In Japanese companies, management often makes up a majority of the board. When the shareholders have
decided to sell, th...
Breath of Fire. Please.
Yes, they could wait till Capcom would take any form of money when they're bankrupt but the potential buyers won't be working with others to secure that. I can see any big studio buying them as soon as possible just to secure those franchises and the name.
Killer Instinct: S1? Lol.. Everyone knows of it. No one talks about it anymore; that's why they decided to rerelease it as KI: S2 and will do so every year to try to gain popularity.
Microsoft has already tried bringing back old franchises and they flopped. Don't claim they're bringing back old franchises like it means they're going to be great just because Microsoft is involved.
Microsoft needlessly milks franchises as it is. If they milked C...
Apparently, he got a "Well said" for saying almost nothing.
They should have a trailer for its debut on Wii U, and possibly 3DS, and have Super Smash Bros. arenas and skins with people fighting each other.
What if they use the giant mushrooms already in the game and make a Mushroom Kingdom trailer?
Please, a 3DS version. @_@ Would love to explore this world in 3D and the touch screen on their would also work good for inventory management; hopefully getting rid of the creation menu like on the consoles so we can just drag and drop the items into the crafting bench like on PC.
It's because they thought that it would make people launch on their console first, because otherwise they couldn't launch on their console at all if they had only one console they were capable of launching on first, and then it backfired. So, now they are basically ignoring the policy, at least for the bigger titles.
It's basically black mailing. It makes indies that wanted to launch on PS4 or Wii U first miss out on sales on X1, so they would have to go to X1 fir...
Adding on to what jmac53 said..
Same universe for everyone, infinite amount of planets, everyone starts on their own planet. It sounds like you can't simply see other players but you can see where they've been and stuff they leave behind, which sounds awesome, but is also dissapointing if you can't find other people to play with, but hopefully you can at least invite friends, whether they can simply drop in or you search for them and drop a beacon or something to ...
Star Citizen currently looks just like Black Prophecy, that came out years ago and was a F2P MMO, except in Star Citizen it is more realistic and you can look around your ship and what not before actually piloting it. As for landing on planets so far we've heard that it triggers a cutscene and then you will be on the planet and you can colonize it, but that won't be there until later updates. Seriously, the hype around this game is ridiculous. X1, X2, X3, and Black Prophecy are exactl...
That has nothing to do with the comparison this article is about. This article has nothing to do with DX12 on XBox. It is talking about DX12 for PC. "the CPU Overhead is expected to reduce by 50% with DX 12" only for PC. X1 already has a low-level API without much CPU overhead. This doesn't apply to consoles.
There is a benchmark done that shows the PS4 CPU performs better.
