I would double-dip on this if it was part of a collection with Returns. Already have 200% on both, but they are fun as hell.
I lost interest once they got rid of physical rewards. The discounts on games aren't really that great because it's always old games.
About half the stables have hammers just lying around for the taking. Also if you don't have a hammer then bombs work just fine. Only thing is you might have to chase a gem down a mountain.
It doesn't bother me at all. I have 8 or 9 of those 5 shot savage bows and some 100+ crushers and swords. I use them whenever I feel like it since I can just go on a safari after the blood moon. The only thing I baby is my Golden Bow, but even that can be replaced fairly easily. If you're worried about breaking weapons then just use the master sword or the champion weapons. They're decent enough to kill every enemy you might face.
I really enjoy it, even though I really suck at it. It's the perfect game to play in handheld mode on the Switch. Hopefully I'll be able to get all the way up the mountain one day.
Releasing ASAP is cool for the most part, however look at NBA Playgrounds which has not been optimized at all for the Switch. That's the downside of rushing games.
I double dipped as well. Couldn't resist.
Then get a PS4 slim? Nintendo has been out of the power arms race for a few generations now. Expecting them to come with a traditional console experience at this point is unrealistic. I think the Switch is awesome so I'm glad they made the design choices they did.
His list needs Chrono Trigger, FF III (VI), Donkey Kong Country 2 and Yoshi's island. I like the pictured list better than his actual list and that only has 25 games.
Everyone has bad days. However, if you blow your top and start spewing racial slurs at your job then chances are you will be terminated.
Nothing. The game wasn't a disaster and other games like Battle Princess Madelyn are still getting over 300% of their funding goals.
The Zora one isn't a deal. You make more selling the 10 luminous stones directly than trading them in for one diamond. The only reason to make the trade is if you need a diamond to upgrade equipment or reforge champion weapons.
Because it's not a magnet. It's magnesis, which is a magical rune power created for a fictional game world. Too much logic and realism and you no longer have a game, you have a tech demo.
Yes. They want to get this thing in the hands of as many people as possible so they can be walking advertisements, and most people don't like going outside with multiple devices. So a web browser and video streaming will help sell systems. More systems = more games.
I wouldn't speedrun Zelda because I enjoy the game so much. If anything I'm slow-playing it. Not going to presume to tell someone else what to do with their copy though. If they like to speedrun then godspeed. I hope one day someone can do it in 30 minutes or less.
Breath of the Wild is only 13 GB and MK8 Deluxe is only 7 GB. The other launch games clocked in under 2 GB. I'm guessing Dragon Quest Heroes I-II is so large because it's two games in one, they were originally developed for systems with much larger hard drives, and possibly uncompressed sound. I doubt the majority of Switch games will be over 10 GB.
Mine are supposed to be coming next week. I haven't had any scratching issues yet, but still buying since they're inexpensive and will give me peace of mind.
I have a launch PS4 and unfortunately got one of the ones with the disc drive issues. The Switch launch is perfect timing since I can play Zelda while I figure out if I want to repair my PS4 or trade it in for a Pro or a Slim. It's a great secondary system and the best portable I've ever owned. Once I'm done with Zelda then it's on to Mario Kart and hopefully Horizon Zero Dawn.
Like everyone I hope for Metroid, but if it's something else I'll still get it day one. Their track record is absurd.
3 words. Use the brake.
