@kickerz:
Uh... that's stupid.
I thought the trailer for The Order: 1886 looked pretty damn slick (you know, the one that said "rendered with in-game engine"), but at the end I thought, "Nice... now show me some gameplay," not "totally gotta get that!"
"What is ironic is the people saying "MS spying" are the same ones with laptop, tablet or smart phone camera. All those devices, right now has apps that infect your device and opens up the camera for real spying."
Your remote viewing capabilities are truly astounding, to be sure. Who cares about Kinect when apparently nukeitall can see right into our homes with no hardware assistance whatsoever!
There's no camera on my laptop. There...
"Definitely getting Sunset Overdrive. Another great game heading to X1"
So you've seen some actual gameplay footage, I assume? Care to link?
Ever hear of these neat things called "computers?" They're getting pretty good at parsing sigint without much human interaction. Quantum computers are being put to this task as well.
"The Gov't only wants people who are a risk against national security."
That is just adorable.
"thinking MS was going to spy on people through the device is ridiculous."
"The people who think MS are going to spy on users with Kinect have been watching to many movies."
"Do you really think the Kinect can be used to spy on people? Are you really that naive?"
I know, right? These ridicu...
*If* "pro-gamers" prefer the asymmetrical layout, it is for one reason... Xbox/360 was made on Halo. The first online console FPS that ever really took off (and was probably the most popular console FPS on the XboxOG). And everyone that wanted to play Halo had to get an Xbox/360. And thanks to the 360's year head start, it became established as the console FPS standard, and that basically translated to the CoD crowd. The DS3's triggers and convex sticks didn't help (and ...
Good question... is remote play limited to connecting to only one "portable" device (Vita/VitaTV)? Wouldn't surprise me if restricted to one device, but also seems like the type of thing that could be expanded via FW updates.
>>So the one with more interesting exclusive games...
"the Xbox One ARGUABLY has the more interesting exclusive games."
And I would argue that it does not.
@JOY:
"Ryse= 85,000 polygons 900p 3Ofps"
"KZ zF= 40,000 triangles LOD 1080p 30fps/ multi ?-60fps"
So Crytek specifically says "85k triangles" and you claim "85k polys."
GG specifically says "40k polys" and you claim "40k triangles."
Pretty deceptive dude. Deliberately deceptive. Guess you and MS were made for each other. Pathetic.
"Reported for trolling"
Dude, this is the substance of like a third of your posts. And the other two thirds have no substance at all.
"Reported for 'not a reply.' Have a nice day."
Wow... I can't believe you actually *quoted* the MisterXmedia "insider."
But most of those can be played on a PS3 or 360... both of which have $200 models.

Got a PSN ID?
Disagrees are cute. Disagree that the quote says "in 2014?" Too bad, that's what it says. Disagree that mathsman should have grabbed the whole quote? Why? Completeness and transparency are good for the consumer.
Thankfully this is for the Vita version. I say "thankfully" because I just bought the PS3 version a couple months back because it was like $5 with the PS+ discount.
"We were surprised by the fact that this caused concern between customers.
"Although this policy cannot be changed easily, after we heard the concerns I believe we should not ignore them. Strengthening communication with customers properly, we want to avoid situations that cause inconvenience after a purchase.
"Now that the voice of the customers has reached us, we’ll move according to our policies to improve the elements that can be changed.&q...
Nice selective quoting you done did thar.
Full quote:
"Some (like me) may consider that a useless or niche feature... just like I consider reading my heart rate and emotions to be worthless. In fact, I assign them negative worth... many of the Kinect features are detriments in my opinion... not only do I not want to have them, I want to not have them."
So, just to recap: Actual game functions and augmented reality toys = good. Marke...
I got Runner 2 free with PS+ a little while ago. Played the hell out of it. Could use a little more variety to the sound canvas, though.
Sony confirms PS4 gesture and voice control
http://www.engadget.com/201...
It does appear to be more limited than the full advertised capabilities of the Kinect (we'll see the reality when it's out in the wild), but Sony is claiming at least some of the basic functionality.
As far as the extra features you mentioned:
I have...
