Give it time. Streaming was a pipe dream when remote play was founded and PSNow had its rocky start. Now they all want to nickle and dime, so it would not suprise me in the least to see them start demanding remote play get pulled from their games.
I mean, GeForce Now is essentially just remote play using your steam account afterall.

It is BS really. Using your steam library with GeForce Now to stream games is no different than using remote play to stream games to your phone from your PS4.
Publishers are entering very sketchy territory, and it is concerning. It is only going to get worse as they continue to push their own inevitable streaming services. If they can do this to GeForce Now, they could also do it to Remote Play if they wanted to.
Four Swords Adventures is the game that needs a port the most.

Just because a game is not in the top 10 does not mean it did not sell well. 5 million may be less than 5.3, but it is still 5 million.
Classic is essentially just "very easy" mode. Normal is a faithful transition of the old system to incorporate action based attacking, blocking, and dodging. The strategy is still there though and the way the ATB bars work make it a fine merge of the two styles.
Normal is the only true way to experience everything this new system has to offer IMO.
That depends on how they go about it. If they add meaningful content and reinvent the story, then it would be as deep as any other Final Fantasy. If they add fluff and drag the same stuff from the original one out, then it would be a cash grab with added fluff for multi release.
This is why the game needs to be a reimagining like I explained above, and we should expect changes and further depth added to the world. That is the only way this remake will work with multi rel...

Midgar has been changed to a 40 hour section....this is a remake/reimagining. Think of it as watching the same events occure in an alternate timeline. There MUST be changes and twists, or would uou rather a 5 hour section be nothing but fluff and padding to make it 40?

Yeah after playing the demo, the gameplay is fantastic. Nostalgia is nice, but not needed to enjoy this game. If anything those that did not play the original have MORE to enjoy, as they will be experiencing the story for the first time.
