sometimes Dtoid is intolerable...
for a brief period it was a somewhat unique website with a less mainstream focus, but now it is a completely mainstream focus but tries to maintain its counter-culture image by being trolls
no it was NOT necessary, at all...
is part 2 necessary? Did we learn anything new here?
the xbox version which is a port from the ps3 and where the video and audio are compressed, takes longer to load than it does on the native hardware? What gives? That makes no sense at all to me
/end sarcasm
does this remind anyone else of FF X-2
sequel to a main final fantasy... world map... airship... maybe it's just me
As an important side-note: I quite enjoyed x-2, the dress spheres made me feel a little creepy but I thought it actually worked very well. Honestly liked it more than x
thats a shame, for him. I honestly hope nobody is being put off by some of the reviews who might otherwise be interested.
IF final fantays isn't your thing, well then don't bother, but kets be honest, there's nothing wrong with Final Fantasy that hasn't been "wrong with it" in the past, unless you you get some bizarre pleasure walking around a town pressing x at everyone (I'm personally relieved to be spared the tedium I force myself into for fear that I might be missi...
I was really confused about Agent untill I did a little research becuase you accidently wrote 1070s instead of 1970s... big difference. I thought maybe Rockstar was making a gmae about Robin Hood or something and it was called Agent, didn't make sense.
in other news, I have never understood buying a console to play one game. Obviously I say this as a person who has owned a ps3 for years and have GOW3, so...
I just want to go on record of saying that:
Final Fantasy 13 has better story and MUCH better dialog than 10... and that isn't even a strong endorsement, but to say (that aspect) is the worst in the series is pretty weak if you ask me, has Jim played ff 10?
that said I have actually quite enjoyed ff13, i liked how I had no idea what the hell was going on when it started, it made the (as per usual) boring intro into the game more bearable
I have honestly ...
I have an original 60 gig and no freezing issues, strange no?
cloud?
I don't see how u can make that assertion while only having played one of those games, curious
remember when if you went to a store like that you could actually get good advice about what game to buy or even just talk to people, and in a weird way people seemed excited about the same games and it wasn't a psudo-gang style turf war.
Although you probably will, but in a way I think this might be a fair review, depending on your priorities. GOW3 was never set to break the mold, this is the final game in he trilogy for a reason
I'm still wicked excited for my copy to arrive upon release day as I love GOW, but I know what I'm expecting and I like it. Perhaps it was this reviewer was naive to expect more but its a far argument none the less
Games franchises have this arch to them, the fist is ori...
I wish I lived in the UAE then, I would have thought it would be the opposite, but you know what they say about assumptions.
I never understood the big deal with street dates anyway, why don't they just let me play it now dammit!
my PS3 is fixed and on the ps3 ( i have an original 60 gig fatty) btw
edit: my ps3 was set to 1998, lol!
that fix didn't work for me...
I can't overstate what a great little game this is.
Its so addictive to, because each play-through is short enough that your compelled to just keep trying the same levels to try and be just a little better.
Fun-factor alone this game is a 10
GOW3 looks okay? BRAH HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! You sir, are a funny man
I think filing a complaint to the BBB might be a tad bit of an over reaction, don't you think?
It always amazes me how much voice actors end up kind of looking like their video game counter part, have you ever seen the interviews wit the cast of U2? It's nuts. Good interview, she's def cool, you can tell when you play the game she was into it
