Refreshing read - Ascension is certainly a dynamic experience.
Well said!
Yes it will!!!
What is SSM?
Of course reviews are nothing more than individual insights into a properties pros and cons. With that said our professional insight of IGN's assessment of the game and with all due respect must disagree with the reviewers opinion which is founded on the 7.8/10 rating.
After completing Ascension twice and carefully taking in the complex approach of offering another prequel approach to the series yet again, now on the PS3, Santa Monica Studios definitely delivers an overa...
A great image comparison which certainly brings things into perspective.
Great video! I like how Vergil's DLC story is a direct continuation of the game after his combative encounter with his brother Dante.
@gijsbrecht
Great question, rumors were recently circulating concerning that very issue. We're doing some digging on that at the moment. Unfortunately Sony's being tight lipped on the matter. If I were to an make assumption I see Sony preparing for a worldwide PS4 launch aggressively grabbing marketshare with both their hardware and software.
No you're not alone on that front. KZ3 controls and the game as a whole were great. While I believe both KZ2 & KZ3 were both unforgettable FPS experiences, I do believe the atmosphere of KZ2 was the best in the series. In the multiplayer department the new controls of KZ3 were excellent and spot on with the added melees to seal the deal however, I did miss the amazing game modes and clan option that made KZ2 such a great multiplayer experience. Respawn grenades, game mode lobbies, etc...
Absolutely!!
@ Cupid_Viper_3:
Your objective viewpoint of Sony and Microsoft's console penetration into the worldwide market reflected over the last 7-8 years is a real eye opener. I believe this gives a clear outlook on both manufacturers and how they leverage their assets in addition to who has the majority marketshare influence.
@Foolsjoker - More so from Microsoft as that has been their track record this generation while supporting a few great exclusives in the form of GOW, HALO, Forza and Fable, sprinkled with some entertainingly exclusive Xbox Live Arcade titles. On the Sony front, expecting less full game exclusive is at this point impossible as Sony objectively has the lionshare of first party studios with more new IPs being introduced which will be greatly exploited in the upcoming generation of consoles.

The same can be said about the Wii U. The Wii U is the first console Nintendo is selling at a loss and based on their current sales numbers and lack of forecasted titles the system keeps Nintendo in the red. While the 3DS is selling quite well, it is not helping Nintendo to break even in the hardware department. As Nintendo has stated, while they currently lose money with the sale of each Wii U, the sale of every two Wii U games helps them to break even, unfortunate...
The Wii U is certainly hurting for games as the first four months of the year looks extremely scarce in the also software department for Nintendo's new system. Sales have also decreased considerably for the Wii U as well. With next-gen consoles looming in the shadows I expect Nintendo to drop their current price point of the Wii U as we draw closer to the 3rd Qtr of the year.
Great read!
Ubisoft has done a great job offering a near identical visual experience for Assassin's Creed III. My biggest gripe falls on the engines stability which can sometimes ruin the gameplay experience with too much screen tearing. It's sometimes unbearable on both consoles.
Lol! That is hilarious :-)
Indeed!
While this article really tries to be convincing, it fails to articulate any real tangible advantages and disadvantages for both the Wii U and the PS3.
Many claims made in the article are subjective and shallow points made to be assumed as objective - No offense to the writer but please show proof behind your position. Without it there remains only holes in your article staged from an extremely bias position.
This direction taken by DICE is yet another dagger in the Wii U. Hopefully Nintendo comes out swinging at E3 offering new and unique content. Despite Nintendo's as of late shortcomings with the Wii U, I believe they can rebound from this after E3, but that is totally up to Nintendo. My fingers are crossed.
