so i did watch that video and it looked cool for a console game, beautiful even, but, I hope you are watching it in fullscreen, if not, then you are seeing something it will never, EVER look like on an actual screen.
That is the problem with a lot of clips and screens of games, you look at them in this tiny window hyper compressed and then wonder why the actual game looks nothing like it when you play it on a 50" plasma
well, when you take a 10" screen...
I think (hope) Halo 4 will be a NextBox and 360 title ... maybe wishful thinking but halo 4 in 1080p @ 60 frames would be BADASS!!

lol...please.....there is not a console game on this planet that looks as good as crysis 1 does running max dx9 on a decent pc, let alone dx10......so, whatever this is, don't get your hopes up.
Uncharted 2, god of war 3, killzone 3 all beautiful and the best console gaming has to offer, look nowhere near as good as crysis dx10 on pc, this port will not either, unless it is coming to next gen consoles!
We will all know a lot more in 14 months when the new xbox is out and maybe even the new playstation console, the Wii U will be out in 9 months or less, so, let's save our speculations till then, the important thing is the new consoles are coming very, very soon,

Starcraft 2 is bigger than anything you have mentioned except maybe call of duty and really, starcraft is bigger than cod worldwide, in america maybe not.
Battlefield is way better and more recognized than gears of war, gears is great, I'll be picking part 3 up day one (renting it from blockbuster-yayy gamepass) but it is NOTHING compared to the battlefield series, Elder scrools makes mass effect look like a sad little joke, like a mod by an indie team, demons souls makes...
I'll give you gears, uncharted is amazing but is really just a tomb raider game with way better story and graphics but less clevage!

DLC is a joke, it is RARELY worth the money and is an obvious cash grab 95% of the time, the only DLC I will ever buy is actual expansion packs, you know, that come out like a year later, and have 20 hours or more of content.
The nickel and diming people for $5 is pathetic, devs should be embarressed. Making a game and having the DLC ready day one or within a couple weeks to try and grub more money off people is insulting, and if gamers would wise up and not shell out for it,...
Starcraft 2 is, without a doubt, one of the best games of any genere made in the last ten years, it stands toe to toe with giants like Crysis, team fortress 2, oblivion, halo, gears, uncharted, the witcher, mass effect, half-life. It is in fact, an amazing game for an rts, the single player story had more production values, better voice acting, and way better cgi cutscenes than 98% of all other games made in the last 15 years!

Best quality graphics by far, pc is already a full gen or two beyond consoles!

the console version is only 12 vs 12. you would not want a map that big for any reason at all, it would be 10 min of just running.
that is a huge map even for the pc versions 32 vs 32 matches

The thing is though, if you are a console only gamer, and have never seen or played crysis maxed out on pc, you'll never know what you're missing so who cares, crysis is an EPIC shooter, very very well made, cool sci fi story, great gunplay, decent ai, and fun weapons, so I am happy more people get to play this badass game!

So they actually did more than just upconvert and add anti aliasing, thats how a remake should be done, completely revamp the game, not just up the resolution, as stated we can do that on pc for free./

i think the artwork in the game is amazing, the resolution however, looks very low, kind of muddies everything.
I'm having a blast with it anyway, just got through another hour(about 4 in) of the single player.
I no longer expect to be blown away by consoles titles, I game on pc as well and it does make console games seem older, but the gameplay is all I really care about!

Cannot wait to see some maxed out pc footage and ps3 footage too, a game like this though, hell, I'd play it on ps2, this game is going to eat about 300 hours of my life:)
